The hotel is very stylish, they maintained some old elements (eg walls made of stones) but mingled them with very modern design.
Also the rooms are nicely decorated (we were staying in a standard room (EUR 125 per night). However, the double bedis a bit small and with no air conditioning we didn't sleep very well at night.
Location: the hotel is next to a golf course. Hence the scenery is simply beautiful but it is also quite isolated and the closest town with restaurants (arriondas) is 15km away and the last part of the road is a "path". A car is essential unless you want to spend the entire time golfing.
We asked for golf classes but they don't organise them, which is a shame. No swimming pool. We went to Arrionadas and spent a day canoeing on the river Sella (we strongly recommend the experience!)
Plenty of common areas, quite intimate and comfortable, both inside (living room with chess board) and outside (terrace on 2nd floor overlooking the golf course and in front of the entrance). Free wifi.
Breakfast in the morning has a very wide selection of chesses, cured meat, fruit, croissants and pastries.
Given the location, it is very likely you will have at least one dinner at the restaurant of the hotel, which is ok but not great.More
