Clean, tidy, traditional, excellent all round. Right in the oldest part of Sablet. Very compact: perhaps not perfect for children, the property is actually part of the old town defensive walls. Public parking close by, short walk to boulangerie etc. Top kitchen, excellent outside deck area although it is close to the neighbours.
Excellent value. CD

We stayed for a week in Le Fer a Cheval. The cottage is both historic and comfortable, with all the facilities you could want. The terrace overlooking church gardens is superb for breakfast, drinks, dinner. Sablet is a great base from which to tour the villages, vineyards and mountains. Our host could not have been more helpful in getting us set up, and advice on our next journey.
