I stayed here for two nights in September. This was our first time in a b and b and was so surprised how lovely it was. A beautiful 18th century stone house with a fantastic view. The greeting was warm and friendly. The room was superb and amazing value for money. Very clean, spacious and your own living area. A fantastic location too.
There are only two faults. One is that we booked two rooms so had the whole 'apartment' fe ourselves but if you booked one room you share with someone else and the doors are thin so sharing the living room with someone else would be awkward and horrible. But it is huge and has a private terrace.
2. The breakfast is one croissant and a loaf of bread which is very basic. I would have liked 2 croissants and some fruit or an egg. It may be me being a little fussy but this is my only complaint.
The owners are great!! So friendly and full of info. And they have a lovely dog which runs around at breakfast but it's only small so no need to be scared.
For the money it's incredible value and so much better than paying £150 a night somewhere else.
Definitely stay here!!More
