We had an awesome experience! We met 2 severe traffic jams on the highway from San Juan to Arecibo due to accidents. We were several hours late arriving, but the staff waited for us patiently, and offered us the opportunity to cancel our appointment each time we called to tell them we would be late. We are so glad we didn't give up and turn around! Even though we arrived very late, the two guides didn't rush at all and were cheerful and professional at all times. Our daughter (7 y.o.) had an awesome time, too. The guides were warm and fun in dealing with her. The zip lines were high, long, beautiful. The boat ride through the cave was stunning. Overall, spectacular!

“What an AMAZING Time!”
Reviewed March 24, 2014

This was an amazing tour! Our guides were great! We had so much fun zipling through the forest! We loved the fact that all the money made goes back into the local community which is a strong agriculturally based community! The drive there is an experience. if you have people who get car sick, warn them that the drive up the mountian is intense, but well worth the drive! Thanks for the amazing experience!

“Absolute must, GREAT hosts. Would rate it 100 times if I could!”
Reviewed March 19, 2014

This was the best thing we did on our 8 day trip. Working with Danny and Amet was an adventure in itself. They were so knowledgable about the land and answered any and all questions. Their enthusiasm made the trip even better.

We decided to drive from Rio Grande to go through them and it was worth the drive. Getting their is an adventure it itself. When you arrive, going down the road to get there is an experience you will never stop talking about. The scenery on the drive is beautiful.

When you arrive, you can instantly tell it is a family business, which is a great to support. Upon arrival, they help you get your gear and do all your paperwork. Easy payment through paypal, prior to arrival makes the check in process very easy.

We chose the classic tour and went with our 2 young children, who are 7 and 8 and they were begging for more. The rappelling was a little scary but after you jumped off the edge, it was great. The cave tour was one of kind. The best part of all of this is the interaction with your guides. It is all their land, they know it inside and out so all questions are answered.

A must do. I would come back to Puerto Rico just to do this again. Very safe and trustworthy.

“Best all around trip”
Reviewed March 17, 2014

We had a great time on the classic tour - it is a great combination of not just ziplining but also caving, hiking, and rappelling (the rappelling was scary at first but so much fun!). We had 2 tour guides (Paul and Amet) who were both great. Good personalities and were very helpful in planning some other excursions for our trip. They even taught us how to freestyle (i.e. go upside down) on the ziplines! The drive to the meeting point was half the adventure - down a small, windy, hilly road - a lot of fun! Overall, we both thought it was one of the most enjoyable trips in Puerto Rico. Much prefer this to one of the other zipline tours given that our group only consistent of 10 people and 2 guides. Some of the other zipline tours can be huge.

“Great experience for first time zip liners!”
Reviewed March 13, 2014

My wife and I took our 12 and 10 year old kids to Batey. We had a most excellent time on our half day adventure which involved boating through a bat-filled cave, 8 zip lines, a bit of hiking, and rappelling. The zip lines seemed appropriate for first timers - I was a bit nervous but I am kind of scared of heights. My family loved it. Our guides Nickolas and Guiro were fabulous...patient, helpful, friendly!j

It is somewhat of a difficult drive to get to Batey, but well worth it!
