We ate there on Friday evening and found a table straight away as we arrived before the main rush after 8.30.
We all ate from the fixed price menu and I had crab terrine but found it lacking iincluding lavour and with a singed crust, but our friends salmon mousse looked tasty. Main course choices were basic, inc skirt steak (a bit chewy), roast herb chicken (tender and tasty). Dessert was limited to 3 choices as the pear and apricot gateau was sold out. The ile gourmande was a good choice and was similar to ile flottante. Perhaps a bit rich for some as it's basically cream and custard. We were asked to leave the table and take coffee in the bar as there was a wait for tables. All in all a good but not great dining experience.
