“Nice collection”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 29, 2013

This museum is located in the heart of Pangkalpinang city and easy to go there. There is signate and information clearly in the front, but there is no clear guidance inside.
We will know well about tin history and mining activities.

“For Tin Fans only”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 2, 2013

This museum is housed in a bungalow which showcases the tin industry which so characterized the Bangka of old. The tin industry is still alive albeit at a smaller scale compared to the olden days. You get to see some of the methods of tin mining shown in scale and many types of tin ingots on display. If you have time, you can also read some of the tin mining history.
