This is my second visit to El-Phoenician, my daughter goes a bit more frequently, the food is very good and it is Licenced. All the normal Lebanese foods are on the menu and of course it is fun with the share plates as it always get everything going.

We had dinner at El-Phoenician restaurant last week and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was wonderful with shaslicks and multiple dips being favoured by our group. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even offering to validate parking for one of our group. A great dinner and will go back again next time in Sydney.

Waited over an hour for our meal to come out. Our "banquet" consisted of next to no food for $50 per person. Asked for a jug of soft drink was told no, then had to ask a second waitress for a drink. Asked for more meat, waited 30minutes, asked again, waited another 20 minutes, asked again, never came out. asked for the bill that took 30minutes then never came back with the change. Tried to provide feedback to the manager who pretty much blamed the poor service on the heat and pretty much laughed off my concerns about the lack of customer service. Was at the restaurant for over 2.5 hours sitting outside in the heat and had to stop at McDonalds on the way home.

While looking for a place to dine with friends we came upon this wonderful restaurant. The restaurant was fully booked but the owner told us to wait tem minutes and he will have a table for us. True to his word they set up another table in the Al Fresco area and while we waited we were served a complimentary drink of our choice - a nice touch. The dinner menu was a good selection of Lamb & Chicken dishes as well as a great Seafood selection. We settled on the Kebabs (3 skewers per serve) with salad and Tabouleh. My wife had the Lamb Pie. All were delicious. After dinner we were invited inside to watch some very talented Belly Dancers and treated to complimentary coffee as well. Guests were invited to join the Belly Dancers, including yours truly. The management and staff were very courteous and attentive. All in all, a very pleasant evening. Thanks El Phoenician

I have eaten here three times. Food is excellent as is the service. There is a tendency to over order so you end up with more food than is wise to eat. Consequently it adds up on the bill. Despite this it always has a big crowd on Friday and Saturday nights so they are obviously doing something right.
