In the heart of shops and dining precinct is fantastic... On arrival after 10pm there were no staff available to assist with luggage, checked in and the gentleman deducted $100 from my credit card without telling me which I thought was unprofessional. Room was average in a suite, awkward angle, freezing cold, and mini bar was half empty. When I told the night manager before breakfast he wasn't very concerned, just told me to check the bill before I left.... Chef at breakfast was fantastic and arranged lovely eggs meal for me.. Not the standard Novotel experience I thought..

We do hope that you choose to stay with again in the very near future.
Spent two nights there recently stayed in what was marketed as a suite. Effectively a standard room with an awkward shaped additional room and minimal furniture as the 'living' area. So awkward that it was not really useable, sort of negated the whole point really. Pool is very very small and had been marketed as being bigger than it is when we called up prior to booking. That said, Staff were helpful, breakfast ok but there are many good spots around to eat.
Thank you for recent review on the Novotel Sydney Parramatta. It was pleasing to read that you enjoyed the service from the staff and enjoyed the buffet breakfast. However I was dissapointed that the Executive Suite did not meet your needs. We also have Spa Suite which are slightly larger and may meet your requirements a lot better in the future. I do hope that you choose to stay with us again.
Stayed with wife and 2 teenage children. The room was a king bed and sofa bed. The room looked a bit tired and unfortunately the hot water stopped working overnight so cold showers were the only option until 10.30 am. Staff offered extended check out time to compensate and gave a discount of the final bill as compensation which was appreciated.

Please accept my apologies in regards to no hot water being available in the morning however I was pleased to read that the staff managed the situation well and you appreciated the compensation. Our team, do strive to please our guests, even in the most difficult circumstances. All hot water in the hotel has been restored and again I would just like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to your family.
