Beautiful location in the middle of the old town, something that can't be beaten for the fantastic price. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned every day. The shared balcony had great views. Highly recommend for couples. If you are looking for a hotel that has all the trimmings (swimming pool, gym, etc) this probably isn't for you, however don't take this point as a negative. It was everything we needed and the location was better than any we saw of the other local hotels. We would come back to this hotel time and time again.

We arrived late in the evening in august after our flight and car journey from Palma airport. Carlo's the manager gave us the room key(at the bar of restaurant, as there is no reception as such) and said that we could check-in tomorrow being that it was close to midnight and we'd had a late flight... We were great-full & thought that was very helpful, being tired....
We then came down the next morning and Carlos’s was again there 10am-ish and we asked if we could change rooms as there was a noisy family next door & noise from town square (room T beware). This wasn't a problem and upgraded us for 2 nights, in our 8 night stay, to a rm with en-suite.. Very nice on 3rd floor, As the hotel was busy in the summer season Carlo's had to juggle us around (this was quite helpful, & not a problem for us).
All in all our stay was excellent, as is a central guest house/restaurant in old Alcudia. If we wanted any info Carlo's was more than willing to help. The restaurant breakfasts were very, & a nice selection...
A special thank you to the 2 waitress’s Maribel 1 & 2.They were very helpful indeed and on my partners birthday looked after us like their own family, for that matter so did Carlo's and his mother.....
Hopefully we will be back one day to visit them……

Room Tip: not rm T 1st floor. Rm's on 2nd 3rd floors better....

We arrived there 1 hour ahead of the check in time, but we found no reception desk. We had to ask informations to the bar tenders of the place. The manager arrived and told us to come back in an hour. We did so and, when we arrived, he was not in. We had to wait 45 min until one of the bar tenders gave us the key to our room. The room was ver basic, the bathroom had rusted water taps, there was a hideous smell coming from the wc and there was no hot water. We could hear every noise people made! Furthermore, the room was beside the kitchen! So we had all kind of smells coming though our windows. There was humidity in the closet so we had to keep our stuff inside our bags. The pictures you see in internet are deceiving! We decided to leave the place ahead of time and go to a decent hotel. do not be tempted by the price because the quality is more than poor!

We were enchanted the moment we passed through the gate entering the walled city of Alcudia and saw our guest house located at the center of the main square. Carlos, the manager, took great care of us, providing maps, regional information and even a lift to the train station. We traveled in November, no crowds, but a number of restaurants had closed for season. Rooms were modest, but clean and comfortable. We were able to view 2 rooms and select our preference.
