I usually stay in Premier Inns when working away from home. I can be fairly certain of the standard as it varies little across the group. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who engaged in pleasant conversation. This particular PI had been refurbished since y last visit and therefore the room couldn't have been any better. When checking out, I saw a different member of staff who was equally pleasant. Little more to say - they have a 'good night guarantee' which I've only had to invoke once in 8 years of staying at PIs.

Having chosen the area we needed to stay in, this Premier Inn looked the most convenient. However, having never stayed in a Premier Inn before we were a little concerned. We should not have been. The Staff were helpful and welcoming and the room was scrupulously clean, tidy and well equipped. The bed was huge and, as advertised, was very comfortable. It was good to have a sofa to lounge on whilst watching the large flat screened TV, making it feel like home.
Most importantly, the bathroom and shower were beautifully clean. Although in quite a large complex, noise levels were very low and it was nice to wake up to look out on a field where kids could play.
The price for a Friday night was not as cheap as some adverts might suggest but for such an agreeable stay it was well worth the money. In all, we were extremely impressed and, if all Premier Inns can maintain such high quality service, we will most certainly become regular customers.

Stayed here for 2 nights, a good location for exploring the Cotswolds. The room were very clean and despite booking on the internet and asking for a 'quiet room' this was exactly what we got. They had a 24hr Reception with very friendly staff.
The beds were quite uncomfortable, however the staff did indicate that new beds were due to arrive the following week.
The Beefeater next door was great for breakfast and excellent for somewhere to have a drink in the evening although the evening food was beyond awful (but this has nothing to do with the Premier Inn).
We would definitely book here again.

Room Tip: Were were ground floor at the back of the hotel, very quiet.

I have visited this Premier many times over a number of years and seldom been disappointed. It's ideally located in a very quiet area on the the outskirts of Gloucester and offers easy access to beautiful scenery and lovely towns in and around Gloucestershire. Since we last visited, the premises seem to have benefited from a major refurbishment. The bathrooms had been modernised, the bed was large and comfortable and the decor was tasteful and fresh. The reception staff at all times were warm, friendly and efficient and for the two nights of our stay the cleaning staff had been attentive and efficient. We dined in the Beafeater Restaurant adjoining the hotel on both nights and were similarly impressed with the range of menu, wines, beer and level of friendly service. Breakfast in the same location was also generous, fresh and perfect preparation for the day ahead. I would certainly recommend this facility and will most certainly use it again.

With a trip planned well in advance I had plenty of choice at bargain basement rates after Christmas. I chose this because it was roughly where I wanted to be and looked to be in a quiet area. We paid just £19 for a double room. It was worth a lot more with a very clean room. One minor niggle that seems to be a feature of Premier Inn is that whenever we book a double room there are only ever towels for one in the room. With no room phones it is always a long walk back to reception to get this remedied. I expect a chain such as this to get this sort of detail right as the receptionist assured me the housekeeping staff had details of the numbers booked for each room.

The room was clean and on a quiet side of the hotel. The wall mounted large screen TV was excellent and we had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was fine but I guess someone was on a crusade to minimise hot water consumption as the shower was little more than a trickle.

After having driven nearly 500 miles, we dined at the convenient Beefeater next door which had enjoyed a busy (Sun)day. Truly excellent service with food as one would expect from a grill type chain. I bit pricey really for what it is. We did not try the breakfast. I have no hesitation in recommending this as a good place for an overnight stay within a few minutes of the motorway.

Room Tip: First floor overlooking the green.

We stayed here on Friday night as a stopover between visiting Bourton on the Water and Blenheim Palace.
This Premier Inn is probably the best we have stayed in! Beautiful location - and quiet and peaceful.
Receptionist greeted us warmly and gladly provided the extra coffee and milk supplies I asked for.
The room had been updated with a HUGE flatscreen wall mounted tv...with a great choice of channels. Everywhere was spotlessly clean- however it was a bit chilly in our room (we were at the end of the corridor with 2 outside walls)..and the little wall mounted heater struggled to heat our room during this particularly cold Easter!.
We ate our dinner and breakfast in the pub next door, and although my risotto could have been a little hotter- it was very tasty and my hubby enjoyed his fillet steak. We asked for porridge for breakfast and this was delicious!!
We managed to get a pre-booked deal at £29.00 for this hotel, and for Good Friday night, in a lovely country location- we found this to be brilliant value for money and very much enjoyed our stay. Thankyou Little Witcombe Premier Inn !

Stayed overnight and received a great welcome from the reception staff. Usual comfortable room with clean comfortable bedding. Few cobwebs on ceilings (room 19) cleaners need to look upwards. Breakfast was fine, but prefer the help yourself hot buffets found in other premier inns.
