My family and I recently spent a week at Villa Maria and had a wonderful holiday.
The villa is beautiful, really spacious with a lovely pool. It's in a quiet location although noises from the adjacent farmyard could be heard and occasionally the neighbours barking dog! The surrounding area is rather hilly but it was easy to obtain a taxi to take us out and about, for a reasonable rate.
Our housekeeper was faultless and looked after us all impeccably.
Some maintenance is required at the villa - a few broken tiles on the edge of the pool and the downstairs bedroom patio doors were hard to open. The water pressure was poor if taking multiple showers.
Tracey, the General Manager, was easy to contact and very helpful.
Anna, the Guest Relations Manager, however, would benefit from some further training in customer care, demanding payment for the airport transfer when our flight was delayed, although I had kept in constant contact with Tracey to inform her of this, unresponsive to emails sent and a rather rude attitude!
However, this matter was resolved and didn't spoil our stay at the villa.
We made a lot of happy memories to remain with us for a lifetime and hope one day to return again
We visited the villa for a couple of days with 2 familys. Everything great. Big house nice pool en a staff of two lovely thai ladys which do everything to get you satisfied. Good contact with the owner Maria which takes care for everything. Tracey however is the agent how does the renting. Do not expect much feedback from her. The thai staff takes care of everything for you. If you need a newspaper or tourguide no problem. We recommend this property to others which want to have a nice holiday.
