“Nature and old stones lovers”

If your are looking for a genuine old French house in the country, this place is for you. This old cider mill has been beautifully upgraded into a very comfortable gite with all amenities you may need in a quiete rural setting. It is outside of town so a car is needed but it is close to Percy where you can hit the bakkery in the morming for your croissants and baguette and the meat place for your pate and dinner to cook on the grill.
The owners are extremely nice. They welcome you with all the basics such as coffee, milk and suggar as well as paper product and also a bottle of wine!!!
There is a nice backyard for kids to play and they will love the two pet poneys that will eat carrots out of your hands. The place came with a pic nic table and a grill.
Our only regret is that we should have rented the place for two weeks instead of one!

“Cosy comfortable cottage in a beautiful and peaceful location”
Reviewed March 20, 2012 for a stay in September 2011

We stayed at La Petite Verabliere last September with our 2 young daughters. We can't recommend it highly enough! It was the perfect location for a peaceful, relaxing family holiday, with plenty to see and do in the surrounding area.

The cottage itself is tucked away down a quiet county lane, a short drive from Percy (shops, and the all important bakery!). Clean, comfortable and spacious, the space suited us perfectly - we loved the open plan layout downstairs and enclosed garden. The girls loved watching the shetland ponies and the chickens in the neighbouring field.

Being able to pop across from the UK on a ferry, with such a easy drive from Caen down to Percy, it was such a stress-free and relaxing holiday. We'd love to go back again soon.
