Service was slow, tables too long between clean ups, food was very ordinary. The location smack bang in the middle of a shopping center was OK and as the building is relatively new, OK also. That's about where it ends. While waiting I found a "The Mercury" Newspaper to read, sadly it was 5 days old.

What absolute crap. One staff member out of the lot that was actually working was pregnant and helpful though you could see was stressed that the rest of the staff weren't helping. Whoever run this place needs to review the staff.

I was surprised at other not-so-good reviews of this cafe, but believe it may now be under new management. A friend and I had lunch here a couple of days ago and liked the cafe very much. It's spacious, light and the tables aren't jam packed together as one finds in many smaller restaurants looking to pack in as many diners as possible. For that same reason, it provides a pleasantly quiet dining experience. One also has the option of dining al fresco should you so desire. We had an enjoyable and inexpensive meal - a very generous portion of tasty beer battered fish, a delightful glass of sauvignon blanc and a latte, all for just $25. Very good value, we thought. Table service was quick and courteous and we had the impression that the owner had instilled an excellent customer service ethic in his young staff. We'll be going back soon.

Staff walked past few times and just looked at table and didnt offer to clean for us. Been here few times and I only go back cause its the only cafe in the complex . Sadly lack of competition has allowed this venue to survive.

We prefer to go home than dine there. Its probably quicker anyway. Service is so slow, and they always say they are experiencing an unexpected rush. If there was an alternative there would be many walkouts !!
