The restaurant is specialized in trouts (bred actually there) and I ordered a blue trout. It was definitely very yummy but the price is really too expensive. 44 CHF for just a trout and a few potatoes ? no vegetables ? No, this is exaggerated. I ate trouts in other restaurants of Switzerland and I can get them for nearly half price. I know this is a tourist spot but this doesn't justify a so high price because you have to pay an entrance fee of 5 CHF to access this site anyway.
