This is a cheap, OK hotel. It’s nice enough and clean enough(not perfect). Some of the staff speaks some English, but not all. There is no breakfast, the beds are VERY hard, and the whole hotel smells of cigarettes. Our shower didn’t get properly hot. Other than that, it’s an alright hotel.

Because of all the good recommendations, we decided to stay in this hotel for one night after a long motorbike tour. The room was okeay, it was very clean, hot water in the shower but no window for 270.000 Dong. We stayed in the 4th floor and because there is a cafe on the 1st and 5th floor and a Billard club on the 2nd floor it was very very noisy until 11:00 pm and again in the early morning from 6 am on. The staff was really nice and spoke good English but still I was a little disappointed and didn't have a restful night due to all the noise.

Smart, sharp little hotel - only a couple of years old - run by a friendly owner and his son. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Cafes are on the ground floor and the top floor, so you may want to avoid rooms on the 5th floor, as there's music until 9:30 in the evening. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but the reception will call for take-out for dinner if it happens to be raining...

Room tip: Avoid the 5th floor if you want to go to bed early...

We stayed 2 nights here, as we are on our way to hoi an. The hotel is nice, so is the room. Clean and big enough for us. The shower is good, nice pressure and hot water. Bed is a bit hard, as always in asia, but at least no springs.
We had a room with a double bed for +/- 300.000 vnd p night. Staff is friendly and the guy at the reception speaks english and willing to help you with your stay in pleiku.
They also have laundry service.
Would definitely recommend staying here.
