I travelled to the Outrigger with my father and 22 year old brother and we had a fantastic time. We were upgraded from 2 apartments to a 3-bedroom villa for a small cost and it was well worth it. Such a beautiful villa with a very clean private pool. The facilities of the place were excellent. Breakfast was a bit short on fruit but otherwise delicious. My brother had a very soft bed which he had trouble sleeping on but the other two beds were fine. I had a spa treatment at nearby Angsana Resort (their menu is in the rooms) and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. The staff were very helpful and friendly. On our final day my brother and I had a late flight and the staff gave us the key to an apartment to shower and get ourselves ready. Loved it!

Room Tip: Villas are well worth it if you're offered an upgrade!

A lot of privacy, large space accommodation with option to roam around in the integrated facilities of Laguna. Love the free shuttle and free ferry that brings you to canal village, other resorts within Laguna and the beach.

We stayed for a family trip with 6 people. With this amount of people, we usually opt for villa type accommodation. Having stayed in this villa with great experience, we immediately looked into any deal with them. Though we were traveling in high season, the deal from Agoda was not too bad, and the experience was as great as before.
Something worth note is that 1) the reception area significantly was refurbished compared to two years ago, 2) the facility including pool, shower, bedroom, and dining area remains superb, 3) transportation from/to airport is 1650 bahts, above market price, therefore recommend to arrange your own if possible. There are private agents offering transportation from airport around 1000 Bahts per van.

Room Tip: Go for two/three bedroom villa. You get to have good privacy!

I visited from 9th to 13th November with my Family (4). We rented a 3 bedroom pool villa.
Villa - Beautiful and spacious with fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine.
The drawbacks, the breakfast which they would stock in our fridge over night is something we would get tired of as it was the same, in addition though we had paid the full amount the housekeeping staff would check our fridge and keep only what they saw was used. This was a problem as we too had visited the supermarket and bought our stuff. So while we paid for the ful breakfast we didn't get it. Suggest other visitors ask them to keep the the breakfast outside the fridge and not in.
The Tv wasn't working well and the excuse was that they've changed the service provider and hence the is nothing they can do. This is not on. They shouldn't advertise or charge for these amenities in room price iif they don't work.
The free shuttle to Bang Tao beach was helpful and it's a good beach to swim in. The facilities at the beach are some deck chairs. You could go to the Sana Beach C,ub and shower and eat there.
Pros - staff are polite and helpful. Location is lovely and serene.

Cons - a little remote and access to nearby supermarkets require hiring a taxi or car which would cost a minimum of 500 baht each way.

Overall a good trip. I feel the price we're charged for the villa though was not worth it.

Room Tip: Opt for breakfast in restaurant if they offer that. You may get more variety.

We stayed here just for 1 night. It is of course too short as the hotel have mostly suites, villas and duplex. We can by car and the security stopped us and we told them that we were going to check in. The 2 guards looks at each other and finally give us a sign "contractor" to put on the windshield.....very odds.....then it take quite a while to arrived at the reception. They really need more signage. Finally arrived and the check in was very efficient and friendly. However, the check out time as 11h00. First time I saw that. I asked for a late check out and got until 12h00 :(
We got to our room and saw the 2 bedrooms suite. My god, thank you for the upgrade. A duplex but we only booked a suite. So huge space with full equipped kitchen. The bell boy explained to us the facilities (except the pool on top of the building which we discover the next day aft checkout....so upset at the time). Then we checked the bedroom. Fantastic. Then we order room service and this was a real disappointment. Not only that some of the dishes were not available but once deliver, it looks like it was already cooked for long time and just micro waved. With the price that it cost, they could also give some bread or ice as we order coke. Lack of details. After a very good night sleep, we enjoyed the pool near the reception for a while and it was time to go. Bottom line A good stay ven thought the terrible F&B service and food.
