There were five of us and we stayed six nights so we had three rooms. The resort is lovely with excellent facilities. It is a place to go if you want peace and chill. The rooms are superb and the breakfast excellent. We also liked sitting in the lounge or the deli. The Swimming pool was good fun and the spa is excellent. I used to gym and had yoga classes.
I was disappointed by the lack of choice of wine at the pool, the lounge, the deli and the Andaman Grill. They all served a Chardonnay with Viognier that did not appeal, like mixing cucumber in wine. I longed for a pure Chardonnay and the only way t get is to buy a bottle. The wine was expensive too.
Two of our rooms smelled badly of wet towels or damp. Despite the efforts of the staff the smell did not go away and we suffered it for the six nights that we were at the hotel, paying full price.
The concierge desk tried to push the expensive tours and this was not helpful. More
