“A good cafe for a snack or even Breakfast”
Reviewed December 11, 2012

This place served a variety of simple per person Thai dishes. Western food are equily good. reasonale prices. Service is good. They give a 10% discount for vouchers from Anantara promotional brochure given to us. We like the Thai beef green curry dish. My wife like the all-day healthy breakfast set served for people who are calories-intake cautious

“Freshly cooked food, reasonable prices”
Reviewed November 21, 2012

A good value coffee shop with freshly cooked food. The menu is a good mixture of Thai and western food that would suit most diners. We had lunch here twice and found prices to be low especially with the Turtle Village discount flyer and service good.

“Does what it says on the tin”
Reviewed November 20, 2012

This cafe is exactly what it pretends to be. A good value international cafe with Thai emphasis. The food is good with a good selection of spicy to non spicy. It doesn't pretend to be high end or a shack. Very good value with a dinner costing less than an average pub meal in the UK. After sampling some much more expensive restaurants in the nearby resorts this was a simple down to earth eatery with good Thai and European choices.

I had mild spice chicken with cashew nuts, and rice. Delicious and a generous portion. My wife ordered non spicy prawns and pasta. Unfortunately the prawns appeared to have been marinated in a chili sauce, probably a mistake on the menu, so she exchanged it to an all day breakfast - her favourite. Between us we had a Greek salad to go with it. Both of us had the mango frappes (smoothies), just delicious and cooling after the spicy meal.

The good - generous portions; good service; fun atmosphere; lots of Asians eating there, which is always a good sign; very inexpensive, good for kids too. Large choice of cakes for pudding - ready for our next visit

The bad - no English spoken (but that's not their fault, we are in Thailand!); a bit noisy since the kitchen is open to the restaurant; spicy dish labelled as non spicy in the menu.

Would eat here again but there's so many others to try.

“Highly recommend spicy pork chop.”
Reviewed November 18, 2012 via mobile

Best spicy pork chop ever. Very juicy and very flavourful.

On a rainy evening the rice soup was very comforting (only order it without pepper if you are feeding it to kids). It literally is rice in clear soup with meatballs and veg. Very comforting.

Green curry portion was very small. And it was not spectacular but reasonable. Fried rice portion was good but also not spectacular.

Didn't try the cakes bec they looked dry.
