We stayed at the above location the first two weeks in May 2010 having set it up via an exchange for our other Marriott timeshare. We had both good and bad feelings about this site.good choice if you need a home style Disneyland vacation cooking your own food and staying at a family villa style home. things we liked: good location not far from the Disneyland (you will definitely need a car if you stay here and we rented one at Paris). good grocery and fish store on the street close by (you should try all the sea food sold here), green areas, large villas, efficient check-in, helpful staff. things we did not like: old villas in need of renovation, not well cleaned kitchen in the villa, no restaurant onsite, parks in need of better cleaning.

Room Tip: villa with lake view close to the reception area

We stayed in a 2 bed townhouse (2 adults & 2 small kids, and the house was fantastic. Compared to a Disney hotel or the Dreamcastle we also looked at for comparative prices, the space you get is just so much better - with small kids, you don't really all want to stay in one room so this resort is a godsend. The houses are all arranged overlooking either a lake or a golf course, so feels extremely peaceful. Ours had a sunny patio to view the ducks and geese. Living room spacious enough, with some English channels on TV, which is always a bonus. Bedrooms and bathrooms excellent - 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. HOWEVER, I would have awarded this a 5 star had it not been for the heating issues also mentioned by other guests. Admittedly we visited during a cold snap, but the storage heaters are inadequate for the downstairs. Our kids had to go around with blankets in theliving room. I like it cold, but this was too bad even for me. We did call to complain, and to be fair, an engineer came round within 30 mins and tinkered a bit. This improved things marginally, but still not enough to feel comfortable. You expect your accommodation to be warm and cosy - this was definitely not the case and marred our visit.
Back to the resort, we tried the pool which was good and quiet, and the jacuzzi which was lovely and warm, and we purchased fresh baguettes and croissants in the shop which were hot and I thought reasonably priced. Service was very good and friendly throughout.
Location is fine if you have a car, with walking distance to the village nearby for groceries. There is a shuttle bus offered about every 40 mins to DIsney, but we did not use this having a car. One final important tip is that if you have a car, and are going to Disneyland, don't park in the Disneypark car parks - these are 15 euros per day and involve quite a walk to the park entrance. Instead head for Disney Village parking - there is a multistorey car park (Vinci) almost at the entrance to the park which is mysteriously also cheaper (we paid 7.80 for 6 hrs, but is 10 euros for the day). May get busy in the summer, but certainly was not a problem for us in Febhalf-term.

Room Tip: Ask for a warm room if travelling in Winter!

We stayed three nights in a two bedroomed town house in order to spend two days in the Disney Park. Excellent service as usual, we have come to expect that at any Marriott Resort. Our town house had been recently refurbished and was spotlessly clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, lovely decor and soft furnishings throughout. Kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. I cannot comment about the spa as there was no time to visit, the shop 'the Marketplace' is mostly food, it was well stocked but a bit pricey. The nearby town of Bailly Romanvilliers has a carrefour, a bakery, tabacconists and some restaurants so if you are self catering then that could be a good place to stock up. Wi-fi is free and the reception is good. We did visit about seven years ago and there was a free shuttle bus to the Disney Park, this is now 3.50 euros per person for a round trip and must be booked in advance at the hotel reception and they do warn you that it leaves promptly, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the park on this bus. Overall a lovely hotel to return to after a long and tiring day in Disney, we travelled with our two teenage sons and they loved it - especially the free Wi-fi. Loved the overall comfort of the accommodation - least liked having to go home!

Room Tip: It is a quiet resort even in February half term, I have read some reviews reporting that some of the...

A well developed and established site with excellent appointed 'houses' of various sizes. All have good facilities installed as standard. Central heating by hot air installed but better equipped for us in summer as air conditioning. We needed an additional number of electric fires to make the house warm, luckily all the electricity is included. Great place to visit Paris as there is Metro straight to the city within 10 minutes drive with parking at the station only costing €12 for 8 hours.

We were a party of 8, 5 adults and 3 kids. We stayed at a 3 bedroom townhouse. The house was very nice, the kids called it "doll house". The living room was spacious, and so were the 3 bedroom. The beds and linen were very comfortable. There was 3 bathrooms, all in good conditions. The Marketplace (in the hotel) has a lot of stuff, and they bake breads. The baguettes were fresh, hot and delicious!!!!
We rented a car at Eurostar station, which was a very good choice. The hotel is 15 min from Eurostar station by car. The same for Disneyland Parks. And there is also an Outlet nearby. We went to Paris by train and the travel took 45 min from Marne la Vallee station until Champs Elysee in Paris. It is a very easy way to go to Paris. We stayed all day in Paris and came back at night.
We had a wonderful stay in this hotel, and we would certainly recommend to our friends.

This was our second time to this property and it was just as good as last year. We were a party of 5 adults. We traveled into Paris by train. The concierge was extremely helpful, she explained the various options for train passes. She also assisted with our trip to Versailles. The resort has door to door transportation which includes tickets to the Palace. We had 3 elderly family members who opted to return on the bus at the scheduled time. We are a bit younger and returned later via the trains. Public transportation is easy to get around.

We can't say enough about the staff and their attention to the guests needs. I got sick and needed to see a doctor. We contacted the front office and they arranged to have doctor come to our villa. The doctor arrived within 30 minutes.

The daily bread and croissants baked fresh in the MarketPlace are delicious. I highly recommend a walk into town to the bakery. The town is quaint. We had dinner one evening at a restaurant that served crepes. They were savory crepes and were really good.

The villa was clean and nicely appointed. The property has a lot of wildlife. The patio on the pond is a relaxing spot to watch birds, ducks and cats. The property is very close Disneyland Paris. There is a shuttle from the resort (nominal fee) to the Disneyland entrance/village which is at the train station.

We just returned from a 7 night stay using an Interval trade. We had a 2 BR townhouse in the main clubhouse building. We had requested a renovated unit and we got one which was in beautiful condition. Being in the clubhouse allowed indoor access to pool/spa/gym. All furnishings were in perfect condition, and were of a level of luxury comparable to Marriott elsewhere. However, the kitchen appliances were all brand new high end electronic devices which I consider a higher level of luxury. The unit had 2 BR upstairs with 2 full baths. The BR were spacious by European standards. The LR/DR area was quite spacious, and we had a large balcony.
We had a rental car and were able to be at the Notre Dame in Paris in about 30 minutes. We also visited Fontainbleu and Provins which were each worth spending a day. There is a designer outlet mall with about 50 stores (Val d'Europe) nearby which we visited twice and in which we found several great buys! There is a Carrefours grocery store only several hundred yards from the main entrance, and a huge Auchons supermarket within 10 minutes which provided a grocery shopping experience which was in itself a wonderful cultural eye-opening fun!
Service at the resort was also excellent. The front desk was highly attentive to our specific needs regarding unit selection. Although wifi in our unit was only functional for the last 3 days, we had been informed of this prior to checkin and had accepted this. The gym was quite spacious and had extensive modern cardio equipment with TV, although somewhat limited weight equipment. The indoor pool was lovely, and there was one (of 2) working spas, but the spa temperature was too cool rendering the spa useless. However, men's sauna was working great although men's steam room was broken. Women's sauna and steam room both were working.
Outdoor pool and landscaping appeared to be beautiful, but were under the snowpack. We did not encounter any of the heating problems others have complained about.

Overall this resort was excellent and we will definitely go back in spring/summer. We had cold snowy weather our entire week. Highway access was easy. This is now our preferred lodging near Paris.

Room Tip: Consider distance to clubhouse if you are planning to use pool/gym/spa
