“Always great food & service”
Reviewed February 15, 2014 via mobile

We are regular visitors of the restaurant, we visit at least once per month & we also had our Christmas Dinner here.
The food is always outstanding & the wine list is reasonable. Christmas Dinner was beautiful & we will be booking for next Christmas but bringing the whole family this time.
Beautiful setting inside with the large sofas & open fire.
I would recommend dining here to anyone who enjoys good quality food.

“Fabulous food”
Reviewed October 27, 2013 via mobile

We visit here regularly for the restaurant, the food is always spot on, never had a complaint. They accept taste card on a weekend too which is a bonus.
My only gripe is the drinks, there isn't a huge choice especially the wine list which is fairly limited.
Always very good service from the staff.

“Afternoon Tea”
Reviewed October 8, 2013

I had a great visit to this restaurant some years ago and decided to treat a friend to an Afternoon Tea there.
The hotel/restaurant is situated on a business park just off the M1 at Junction 27. The interior is modern and the staff were very friendly and professional.
The glass of sparkling wine was served at the right temperature and there was a good choice of loose teas. However, I would have prefered if the tea had been served in bone china cups.
I had ordered a vegetarian option for one but my friend, a non-vegetarian, was served the sandwiches which luckily, she didn't mind. The sandwiches, the petit fours and the scones were all attractively presented and tasty.
However, I was surprised to be charged £2.45 for an additional small pot of tea.
On the whole a pleasant experience.
