I've been visiting Finn's Beach Club twice and i never get bored by its scenic beauty.

Once you get into the cool elevator that will get you to the beach, you will see a nice white-sand beach and great bar and restaurant.

Please make sure that you give a walk to the cliff on your right. You will see a hidden beach covered by giant cliff.. That was sooo cooool!

It's good to come back to Pantai Selatan Bali. The first time I came to Pantai Selatan Bali was on 2012. I visited Karma Kandara and it's such great place. That make me want to come back to Pantai Selatan. And the choice this year was Finn's Beach Club.

It's superb place and quite value for money. From parking lot to the entrance, I feel like on Nusa Dua which I consider it as Bali Beverly Hills :p You can see beach scene from above before you're going down to beach. Don't forget to take some pics there. It's epic. You need to pay 250K IDR which include 100K for services such inclinator, towel, chair, restroom, free wifi, watersport, medicine etc and 150K for F&B (it's not refundable).

Due to my dad accident because sea urchins, they really should give a warning over scattered sea urchins. Warning would make us more careful when we do watersport like canoeing and snorkeling. Fortunately they had adequate treatment to my dad. If you want to use watersport facilities, don't expect to be immediately use them when there's a lot of people.

Food is average and the price is not value for money. With deposit 150K, you can only choose sandwich or lite bite. Though there is Calamari skewers with chili mayo which has good taste. You should try it. I hope they can make F&B concept to be a buffet like what I experience with Bali Hai Cruise Beach Club. Bet you would have more good experience if it so.

Above all it, this place was good. The beach was awesome, Finn's people were friendly, and the service was good. I would come back here.

Dear Bayu

Thank you for visiting us at Finn's Beach Club and taking the time to write your review.

Firstly, we are sorry to hear that your father stepped on a sea urchin. We are happy to hear that he was taken care of appropriately and trust he has made a full recovery. We have noted your concerns regarding warning signs.

Thank you for your constructive feedback surrounding our food. We hope you will join us again so we may have another chance to show you our typical 5-star food and services.

If you are staying in the Uluwatu, Jimbaran and Nusa Dua area please note we have a free pick up and drop off service for dinner guests after 5.30pm only - you must make a reservation first.

Until next time,
Finn's team

Cost :
IDR 100,000 entry fee + IDR 150,000 compulsory meal voucher = IDR 250,000 / person to enter the beach.

Beach :
Absolutely gorgeous, you can enjoy it two ways : with wavy-sandy beach on high tide (noon), and a calm-but-rocky crystal clear beach during low tide (afternoon). One of the best beach I've ever visited in Bali

Food :
Good, but very expensive. Your compulsory IDR 150,000 meal voucher will not even get you a set menu. Most of the main course is above that price. An average strawberry juice is IDR 65,000, even in other decent restaurant at least you will get a free welcome drink, but not here.. The otherwise tasty food feel rather bland compared to the hefty price you pay. But you come to this place for the beach, not for the food..

Tips :
Check the website for the tide situation during your visit date. Generally the beach is nicer on the afternoon, but it can be fully booked, so come during lunch time to ensure your spot & hit the restaurant first, then hit the beach on 2PM when the tide is low.

Overall :
Gorgeous & private beach for those who's willing to pay more
Best beach in Bali!

Hi Sandhy

Thank you for taking the time to write your detailed review.

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your day at Finn's Beach Club. We are indeed blessed with one of the most beautiful beaches in Bali.

We are sorry to hear you didn't feel our meals and drinks were 5-star quality. We do strive for the best, and welcome any feedback on how your dining experience could have been improved.

It is best to check prior our tide chart prior to every visit as tide times change daily. However, as you mentioned we do recommend spending a whole day with us and arriving early to beat the crowds.

We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Best Regards,
Finn's Team

We've visited Bali many times, this was the first time with a child so we were looking for some family friendly places to take her. Finn's was a great day out. A beautiful setting. Great staff. Good food and drinks. We were looked after all day by Faria who went out of his way to help us - he was cheerful, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our day. We arrived early as we had read it got busy, so were one of the first group of guests to arrive (around 9.30am) so we got a beach lounger etc with no problems, but it did get a lot busier later and people were waiting for loungers.

While expensive for Bali, we felt it was good value considering all of the facilities available. The only thing we wish we had done was check the tides, we were there at high tide which meant the sea was quite rough so we weren't really able to go swimming with our daughter, though we had fun jumping in the waves, nor could we enjoy the waterspout options which would have been available at low tide. Food & drinks were good and the kid's meals were nicely presented in Bento boxes with salad and fresh fruit which was a great touch.

Towels, life jackets etc are all provided (and are very good quality) - the only VERY minor downside was the quality of children's beach toys which had been promised on the website - as I said, we were the first to arrive and there was two or three plastic fish - no buckets etc - luckily we had brought our own, but an easy and cheap thing to quickly fix which no doubt they will as the manager was very attentive.

We will definitely return on our next visit to Bali!

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to write your review.

We are happy to hear you enjoyed your day at Finn's and Faria was excited to hear your lovely feedback.

We have noted your comments regarding our children's toys and will look into this asap.

You can check our tide chart (available on our website) prior to your next visit so you may plan around the tides. However, we recommend arriving early (as you did) to secure your spot and then spend the whole day with us so you can experience the charm of both high and low tide.

We look forward to seeing yourself and your family again soon.

Best Regards,
Finn's Team

Although we've been to Bali many times, this was our first time at Finns and I can say we were impressed by the spectacular setting. The trek from Seminyak was a bit tiresome, loads of traffic due to the public holiday but well worth it in the end. When we arrived it was high tide, so the beach was quite full and the staff suggested we have lunch first which was an excellent idea. The entrance fee is 250,000 rupiah but you receive a 150,000 rupiah credit to use for food and drinks. The food was great and the service prompt. After we had finished the staff organised 2 sun lounges for us and we spent the rest of the day lounging around. The water was pretty clear but the rip was very strong, so I would recommend swimming out too far if your not a good swimmer.
We had added this to the "must" visit places for our return trips to Bali!

Dear Guest,

Thank you for the great review and description of your day at Finn’s.

We personally believe that the charm lies in visiting for the whole day and witnessing a transition between the two tides, as well as kicking back in front of a bonfire at night, we toast marshmallows and make s’mores!

We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Best Regards,
Finn’s team
