Dear Customer,

Greetings from Finn’s Beach Club, happy to hear you made full use of our water sports equipment and facilities. Finns really is one of the best private beaches in Bali and is a must do for everyone on holiday.

“Warm Beer. Yes it is a problem!”
Reviewed October 20, 2013 via mobile

Great location. Set up is amazing, but if you run out of cold beers, don't send out warm ones and then say 'sorry sir that's all the bar has, they just put them in the fridge.' F! Me. It's not a cheap place. Use some ice, and chill them down.

And when leaving, after spending $250. I don't care if there is a wedding upstairs. If you ask me 'please sir, would you like to wait downstairs 20 mins for the taxi?' dont get upset when i say 'NO I'd like to go now'. if you want me to 'please sir have one more beer while waiting' then you buy me the beer!

Seriously great location, food ok, premium price would be ok but for shut-ful service, but not staff fault, no manager in sight to oversee what's going on. manager too busy sitting in the air-con cash office collecting the money at the end of the afternoon.

Very limited supply of beach /water gear. One canoe thing was cracked.

Glass cocktail glasses strewn along the beach by the end of the afternoon was trouble just waiting to happen.

Dear Guest,

Greetings from Finn’s Beach Club and thank for letting us know regarding your experience. I presume the day you referring was Saturday 19th October as our chiller had a problem on this day. In saying that we understand that serving warm beer is not acceptable for a hot place like Finn’s. That is why after we realized the problem we provide guests drinking beer with a complimentary bucket of 3 cold beers. Seems that you did not receive the complimentary bucket and for that we would like to apologise.
Noted your comments regarding the taxi service and we working hard to ensure we minimise the waiting time for our guests at Finn’s. Please keep in mind the location at Ungasan it is quite remote with not as many taxis as Seminyak or Kuta area.
Thanks for bringing up your comments regarding the management on the floor, we are in the process of employing additional management so we can provide consistent service to western expectations.
Please email us at finns@semararesorts.com if you ever visit again and we will ensure you receive those 3 complimentary cold bintangs.

Best Regards,

“This place is incredible.”
Reviewed October 20, 2013

Just an absolutely amazing place to visit. Your entry money qualifies as credit for the restaurant and the beach and the water is simply stunning. The gondola-thing ride down to the beach is cool too. Dead set, this is the best place you could ever imagine spending a day in. Do it, or regret it.

Dear Guest,

Greetings from Finn’s Beach Club and thanks for your wonderful words. It is true that the 180 ,meters of white sandy beach at Finn’s is a great location to spend the day. We are glad you booked a spa treatment as the treetop bales are a perfect place to enjoy a massage and have proven to be very popular since introduced a few months ago. I will pass on your comments to our team !

“100 steps”
Reviewed October 17, 2013

Now we have recovered from the 100 steps to access this beach club I can tell you it is worth it. There is also a lift it just doesn't go all the way unfortunately. The beach lagoon is wonderful to swim in though the rip is exceptionally strong. You pay 250,000 per person to access this beach club but you get this in food and beverage credit. Food we had nasi goring was good and the sangrias we drank very refreshing. Towels are supplied and sun lounger and umbrella.all in all a great day as long as you don't mind the stairs.

Dear Guest,

Greetings from FINN’S Beach Club, we are very happy to know that you enjoyed FINNS so much and thank you for sharing this memorable experience with us! Sorry as you had to put extra effort with the stairs to reaching our beach club. I believe you can appreciate how stunning the view and our wonderful private beach club is so it is all worth the effort. Some guests are actually happy to do a little exercise on their holiday. The beach is always swimmable but admittedly better in the low tide especially for our complimentary water activities such as kayaking, stand up paddle and snorkeling. Will pass on your compliments to our chef regarding the nasi goreng !!

Best Regards,
