“Amazing Spot - Service Appalling”
Reviewed June 30, 2013

Couldn't agree more with princess_arabella. My partner and I went for a relaxing day trip with our 6 six year old little girl. When we got there and enquired about going down to the beach the host stated "you need to buy a pass" in a tone that suggested that we wouldn't be prepared to pay. He then proceeded to tell us that it would give us a sunbed, snorkelling gear and an umbrella (but there were no umbrellas left). The tide was high, so we would be unable to walk along the beach. When we enquired whether it would be ok for our little girl to have a swim in the pool while we waited a bit for the tide to go out, he said "no it's for guests only". We then left and went to Finns Beach Club instead, Which by the way was absolutely amazing.

“The staff need a lesson in service delivery”
Reviewed June 2, 2013

I have been to Nammos twice and both times have left bitterly disappointed. Don't get me wrong the view is spectacular but the service leaves much to be desired. The Maitre-de especially needs an attitude adjustment. We spent over $400 here between 2 people (which is a lot for bali standards) and were made to feel like they were doing us a favour letting us be there. Their credit card facilities apparently didn't work (really...... you are an international resort) and overall for what is supposed to be one of the best resorts in bali I would have expected a great deal more. I haven't stayed at the resort but based on the level of service that is offered at Nammos I wouldn't ever waste the money. There are other fantastic beach clubs that are well worth the visit and deserve the business.

“Needs to improve”
Reviewed April 28, 2013

Had a day on ther beach at Nammos, pretty expensive to get in $25 per person with $10 of this credited to your drink/food bill. Prices for food and drink ok, but not cheap. Deck chairs and sun lounges are limited so arrive early especially on a w/e. We had some problems sorting out our bill at the end, but eventually went in our favour. The beach a little rippy on an incoming tide and the life guards dont like you to swim! Very private and at low tide the beach extends a distance.
