We really enjoyed our stay with Manit, even if it was just for one night. We arrived quite late and used his airport pickup service. As soon as we were checked in, we were invited next door to Manit's house for drinks and chats with his family and friends lasting well into the morning!

Manit also helped us with our arrangements for the ferry pick up etc

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this inn. We were on our way to Ko Phi Phi, but had a couple of nights in Phuket. The inn owner, Manit, took us on a great tour of the island, and we really enjoyed this experience! His inn was very clean, and he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He even brought us to a local restaurant for a good dinner! The next morning he dropped us off at the ferry. I would choose this inn all over again!

We've stayed in tManit's guest house for 2 night while on our ways to Koh Phi Phi. The manaing director came to pick us up and then took us around in Phuket town ( beaches and point view). he his very welcoming.
The place is located in a traditionnal area, away from all the big touristic hotels. Tere is a very good and cheap restaurant 5 minutes away by walk.
Manits will integrate you to his family. He speaks a very good english ,has travel a lot and you'll have great conversation with him .
Baicly, we had a fabulous stay in Phuket town :)

We headed in on a flight from Chiang Mai to Phuket around 3pm and planned on leaving on the 0830am boat to Phi Phi the next day. This was the perfect place to see a local market by the river, hang a great riverside dinner, and have a good nights rest. Manrit, the owner, is nothing but smiles! He was extremely helpful in arranging a ride from the airpot and also to the ferry in the morning. He speaks English well and recommended the walk to the river and a great dinner at the local restaurant Chaiyo. He was so kind and obviously well travelled. He was up well before our 730a.m. depature to serve us a great breakfast complete with more smiles and coffee! This isn't any sort of "posh" accomadations or smack in the middle of any bar scene but it was more then comfortable, you get to mix in with the locals vs the average tourist spots, and even the owners dogs are adorable!! I would highly recommend a night here if you are in transit and want to see more of the real Thailand.

We chose the Summer Breeze Inn based on the many great reviews here on TA and it was everything the reviews say. We were a group of 7 who were meeting up from different parts of SE Asia before heading onto Phi Phi Island. As we arrived in staggered groups, Manit had someone come and collect us from the airport and even drove the others to a restaurant for dinner. He was great company and added to the social atmosphere when we all caught up over drinks at the Inn. He arranged for his friend with a van to take us to the ferry and followed to make sure we all got the right tickets and on the right ferry. I recommend this Inn to anyone who is looking for a place to stay before the morning Phi Phi ferry. And thanks again to Manit!

Manit, the guy who runs Sea Breeze is a well traveled man, as the photos of his world travel which adorn the walls of this wonderful B&B, attest to. I think this is why the place works so well. He knows what is important to travelers and is an excellent host. We were travelling with two small children and stayed only one night, so that we could make the connection for the ferry to Phi Phi. We wished we had made it longer. The room we stayed in was the albatross room, with the adjacent blue room which has a great bunk bed for the kids. The rooms were well decorated with very comfortable beds (Thai beds are often a hard as a rock).
We were picked up from the airport and driven to the bed and breakfast very smoothly. It is quite far from the airport but is very close for the ferry ride in the am. We were taken to the ferry in the morning with plenty of time to spare.
Manit gave us a brief tour of the area and later drove us to and from Kan Eang 2 (which incidentally was some of the best food we had on our 3 week trip).
We had been to Phuket before, and I wasn't planning on returning, but after this delightful stay I think we probably will.

Two of us stayed on New Year's Eve 2009. Our hosts, Marit and Tip, were holding a street party with their neighbours. They plied us with food and drinks, dancing and games. Everyone was really warm and friendly. Marit was fantastically helpful and kind and really looked after us. And the British guest who was staying there was good value too. It is a bit out of the way but we had fun getting there by motorbike taxi.
