Saying "it's good pizza" doesn't begin to do this restaurant justice, since it does so much more so well. But - let's start there. I'm a major pizza snob (note my critical review of Rico Pizza in Siem Reap a few days ago for example), but this is as good as the best thin crust pizza I can get in San Francisco. Chewy, soda-y crust, nicely carmelized top, perfect flavor blend between the cheese and the tomato sauce. Average pizza, like average gelato, is so easy to make...but producing the really good stuff is an achievement.
Ok, getting past the pizza, the food here is generally fantastic, prime examples being the baked snapper (wow), and the salads (wow again). These guys truly have their act together food-wise(Maybe guys is sexist, the cute half Thai girl behind the counter could be running the show for all I know). They don't quite have the service side figured out, but you didn't come for the service. It's also housed in a really cute space that's worth the trip (take the pink songhtheaw from Phuket Town to the Big C stop if you want to save taxi fares). Really a must try if you're anywhere on the island.
