My friends and I used Boat in the Bay for my birthday trip to Phuket and I couldn't be happier. Their level of service and attention to detail is/was beyond expectation. They were responsive, organised and were willing to change plans even on the day. We visited the islands of Krabi and everywhere they took us, it was picture perfect and they seemed to make it special to us even though tourist were surrounding. They attended to all our needs and were more than accommodating to our desires to play with all water sporting toys on offer at a particular time in the day. The food onboard was amazing - perhaps the best homemade spring rolls I've ever eaten. If you want a day of luxury, impeccable service on the boat and behind the scenes, and you want to visit some of the most beautiful secluded places in Thailand - GO WITH BOAT IN THE BAY! You won't regret it!

We had the most incredible two days on our private boat thanks to Boat in the Bay! Everything was extremely well organised and efficient. Julia was so lovely to deal with, she organised everything perfectly for us and was really so helpful and patient in answering all of my questions (and believe me, I had no shortage of questions!)
The entire end to end process was flawless thanks to Julia.
The boat itself and the crew completely exceeded my expectations! The crew went above and beyond, they were so amazing! Lots of really thoughtful little touches throughout our trip. I can't speak highly enough of the crew. The lovely chef also prepared delicious meals for us, we were blown away by the quality of the food.
This was a really special trip for us as we were celebrating my partner's 40th birthday, so I am particularly grateful to Boat in the Bay for giving us such an unforgettable experience.

Everything is very efficient and personalized from booking to the trip itself. Toy, our trip specialist is extremely helpful and responsive. The owner Richard welcomed us aboard both times. The crew was excellent and the food was delicious. We, family and friends enjoyed the 2 outings tremendously!!!

The entire trip from the pick up to drop off was well organized and amazing! The PHI PHI Islands are a must see to anyone visiting Thailand. The crew was exemplary and food outstanding. Our group of 7 agreed this was the best experience of our 9 day trip. Please believe me when I tell you to spend a little more and experience this private charter. We unfortunately found out the hard way by booking a large group tour to the Krabi Islands which was NOT fun. Amazing ! Amazing! Amazing !

We had the most amazing time with this private tour! From the initial greeting to the final goodbye everything and all involved met and exceeded all expectations! The crew was friendly and treated us like family. The food was very good and plentiful. Not having to experience crowds was just one of the reasons we chose this company but we didn’t expect to get the royal treatment we received. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Phuket and I would highly recommend this excursion if it fits your budget.
