We were very impressed from the moment we arrived. I can honestly say that the hotel in reality is much better than the website photos. Very clean, amazing staff.
They have free shuttle to the beach but it is only once or twice a day.
What we did not like, is that were told that the pools close at 6 PM.
This is too early! I talked to the hotel manager but still. This is something this hotel needs to look at again and change.

Access have great staff - very friendly & welcoming. Access is great value for money with very comfortable rooms with all facilities. Their clear advantage is the swim out pool which is an interconnecting canal systems. This allows the keen swimmer to explore the resort or for those not so adventurous to simply enjoy drinks and mingling with neighbours outside their room. The best of both worlds!! Highly recommended.

Omg what a fab place to stay! first time in Thailand so to be honest I was a bit apprehensive! but that all just melted away when we checked in thanx to nat bless her sooo nice.Just a note to those who haven't been to Thailand please keep hold of the immigration form that you are given on the plane because you need it on arrival,at hotel and when leaving the country (I lost mine!!!)
Staff are all fab and are very friendly, helpful and very respectful please do the same thing for them. you know who you are Nat,Joe and nid (best cleaner ever x)
Hotel a good 20 minute walk to karon beach plenty of bars on the way if you're feeling tired !! (need a beer)!!!! 1 thing you defo need to do is go to patong at night what an eye opener !!! If like me your not a favourite of been put on a coach to sight see speak to the guys who do the taxis for the hotel they took us to see big buddah it's great but only so much to do so our taxi driver waited for us for an hour while we looked around fab service.(just negotiate a reasonable price).Wanted to see elephants while over there but was unsure which place to visit we chose the green elephant sanctuary (I didn't want any riding,sticks,chains) which is exactly what I got fab place (check out my review on TA).
Back to the hotel fantastic place to stay rooms are huge and spotlessly clean, swim up pool fab other people have mentioned the beds saying they are hard I have to disagree! yes they are firm but whow had the best sleep ever if I could have put it in my suitcase I would have hehe.
breakfast may not be to everyone's choice had pad thai 1 morning not the norm for a typical brit but hay ho when in Rome (it was fantastic) the lovely guys who cook at the egg station will gladly do u bacon if you ask them also plenty of fresh fruit,toast,jam ,cakes coffee, tea you won't starve.
So overall would I go back??a defo huge YES !!!

Checked in and met by a brilliant reception team the room was spotless and spacious. Access to the pool from your room is brilliant (166) all staff are so polite and can't do enough for you.breakfast won't be to everyone's choice but my wife and I had no problems again excellent. Yes if you look hard a few improvements could be made but why look you're on holiday. All STAFF are excellent but to management please pass a special thanks to NAT reception. JOE my top bartender and NID housekeeping never had such a clean room. ACCESS thank you for making our stay memorable top Mark's to all concerned. Highly recommended paul and siobhan xx

What a beautiful place to stay. The staff are amazing and the rooms beautiful. A pool at your back door with a swim up bar. Great food too! The staff always greet you with a smile and always eager to please. Highly recommend staying here
