Well appointed and modern rooms with a lot of light and good facilities.
The front desk staff is excellent, very serviceminded and very sweet.

The location is quite good, a couple of hundred metres from Karon beach. Karon beach was a disappointment at such, though.

Swimming pool at the rooftop. It rained the three days I stayed in this hotel, so I did not get the opportunity to really check out the facilities in the swimming pool area.

Room Tip: Book a Grand deluxe room. You will then get a separate living room.

I and a travelling companion arrived in the middle of a hot September day hoping this was the right hotel for us after looking at two other hotels. The location was perfect, the beach was 200m from the front door. The hotel is realtively new (not more than 5 years old I estimate)

The welcome received was very bright and the staff were very engaging. We asked for room with two single beds and they gave us a price of 1,400 Baht per night. After we accepted they politely asked if we would like an upgrade to a suite with two bedrooms ... at no extra cost. We very quickly accepted.

The hotel was clean and fresh. The two bedroom suite was enormous with king size beds, and a separate living room.

The pool on the roof is spectacular at night and is a great view.

We had a few problems with air conditioning which they attended to quickly and then later with the hot water.

Free wifi and 3 laptops available for use. A modest breakfast is included.

Should I return to Karon Beach I would stay at this hotel again.

Nice staff & clean rooms; I wish I could add to the list of pros, however, the cons are small rooms, average location and poor breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to people on budget … I stayed there cause I was referred to by a couple of travelers.

We stayed for 4 nights and experienced only the friendliest, most outgoing service. The location is a stone's throw from the beach, and right next to a strip of restaurants. The pool is well maintained and at night the bottom lights up like stars that change colors...all in all, a romantic getaway!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. We took the two bedrooms sweet and one double room. The rooms were pretty and clean, each room had LCD screen (3 at the sweet) and separated air-condition. Nice balcony and excellent lighting.
Staff was very very friendly.
Free Wi-Fi all over the hotel.
Breakfast was good.
The roof top pool is great especially at the afternoon – night time.
Great location, 3 minutes walking to the beach. Close to shops and night life but not noisy.
Very recommended, we would love to stay here again!

This hotel is located within a row of buildings running east to west so despite the description you are unlikely to see an impressive sunset set from your hotel room however mix a quick Daiquiri and take the lift to the rooftop pool with it’s spectacular views in every direction and you won’t miss a thing!
The north-side hotel apartments face the rear of another hotel so not much to look at there from your balcony. We asked for an upgrade to an apartment with a bigger balcony which we got and also as a bonus it was on the south-side of the hotel. The view was an expanse of greenery in front, tree clad hills to the left and ocean breakers to the right. The staff call this the “garden view” but I would call it jungle view myself.
We were really pleased with the upgrade and surprised that we were not asked to pay any surcharge for it.
The hotel was built in 2009 so both apartments that we experienced were almost antiseptically clean and fresh. Delightful bathroom. Modern air conditioners in living and sleeping areas, big wide screen TV, (however limited to only 10 channels when we were there and only 1 of these English speaking).
The buffet breakfast, if not included, is 200 baht per person and is well worth it. Both European and Asian features on the buffet which changes daily. There 3 Internet connected laptops set up in the guest area for guest use free of charge.
The reception staff are super-friendly and always helpful.
It’s less than 100 metres from the hotel to the sea and it’s a beautiful beach.
One of our best ever hotel stays. We’ll be back there.

Room Tip: Make sure to ask for a “garden view” and try to get one of the bigger apartments if you can.

We stayed here for three nights in Karon, before moving north to Surin Beach and overall, very impressed.Booking through hotel.com, we paid $50 AUD per night for a one bedroom apartment with a small balcony (the view is mainly of the alley beside hotel but it is true that you can see some ocean at end of street). Not sure why an earlier review states the rooms are small - I thought quite spacious, and in fact, under utilised, the living room could easily have fit a table and chairs in addiion to the sofa and coffee table.

A few small things - the night we arrived was a public holiday so almost everything was shut, which we didn't realise. We asked reception where we could find a taxi into town and they told us - but didn't explain Karon was basically completely shut down. Normally you can walk out of this hotel, turn right and within 5 minutes be at a taxi station, with lots of stalls and night markets open - not this night, we pretty much stumbled round in the dark! so it would have been nice for the staff to try and warn us. There are also not many channels on the tv, but we werent there to watch TV anyway

That aside - the room was amazing for the price, the staff were very friendly, the roof pool was beautiful. When we were there, of the three times I used the pool, only once were other guests up there so it was very secluded and peaceful. The hotel is onnly one street back from the beach for beah lovers, and an easy 20 minute walk into the twon centre. Quite a few other hotels are along this beach walk down to town and a few markets, but almost no restaurants and bars in their own right, those are all on the main road in Karon. I was very impressed and would recommend to friends.
