The worst is that they have only 2 shuttles a day and always full, and you have to reserve 72 hours in advance. We feel swindled because on the other hand they offer a taxi service with higher price than the taxis at the top of the driveway.( A real business).
The reception and administration is very bad. No respect for the customers, a total contempt of the demands(requests) of the customer. They lied to me by refusing me a Kart to drive me and my wife from room to reception a rainy day wile the elevator was out of service, (saying battery is flat) while I saw it driving one of their european administrator(director). On the other hand only the security service was courteous and respectful. The service is not a standard of 5 star hotel.More
