This restaurant serves a "tourist attraction" that made me very sad and
angry. They present a baby elephant in front of the restaurant to feed and take photos with. It is well known, that those animals are badly mistreated and you can see clearly that this elephant is in very poor condition. He lives - as the staff told us - in a very small enclosure and has no outlet. In the evenings he has to stand in front of the bar to earn his food, on daytimes he serves as attraction beside the minigolf course.
Additionally in a few months he will be too strong and big to be presented like this and most likely he will then be used for elephant riding which is also animal cruelty.
The only way to stop these criminal negotiations is to stop giving money to the responsibles. So please make use of your right to choose: don't eat at the restaurant, tell them your opinion and AT LEAST DO NOT TAKE PHOTOS OR FEED THE ELEPHANT FOR MONEY!
