I stayed just one night on 1st floor double room with balcony. The hotel is quite small but it doesn't make you feel stressed or uncomfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. I checked out very early in the morning so I could not evaluate much but for what I paid this is valued for the money.

Near to airport & free pick up.Good Greetings.The room was wonderful wth a balcony.
The guest house overall is quite nice, clean and good location with just a short walk to the main beach in the area. It's also five minutes drive from the airport and they pick up and drop off for a small fee and are very reliable. The staff however are why I'm giving such a high rating, they deserve recognition! Especially Omg, I left my iPad at the hostel when getting a flight and where one might have been thought it was gone forever, the staff immediately responded honestly that they had found it, and even brought it to the airport for me. when I offered to give money as a thank you for and to pay for the extra journey travelled he refused to accept anything but a thank you hug! Great service, would fully recommend :)
We stayed here in order to be close to the airport for our late flight. It was a quick 10 min drive to the airport in the hotel 4WD which is only 100 baht pp.
Staff were super friendly and rooms are simple and clean. Close to restaurants and mini marts, about a 2-5 min walk to the beach.
We stayed at the Chill House for one night in between connecting flights. It was a cheap room for an overnight stay close to the airport, so for the price & the time we spent in the room it wasn't too bad. We arrived at 10pm at night and there was a friendly young guy who checked us in & took us straight to our room on the 3rd floor.
The room was pretty basic, providing 2 x complimentary bottles of water, and complimentary coffee/crema sachet. No mini bar or fresh milk provided for coffee.
The bed was quite small, I would say probably a double bed size. The bed was also very hard which we found is quite common in Thailand after travelling around the country. We only stayed one night, and as we arrived late at night we didn't bother asking for a mattress topper.
The bathroom was small but ok for a one night stay. The hot water system had to be turned on each time you had a shower but it was instantly hot. There was a little bit of mould around the basin but nothing worth complaining about.
There was no safe in the room, although it didn't bother us as for us it was just a room to sleep in overnight in between flights.
The air conditioner in the room was quite loud. It was a split system on the wall above the sliding door to the balcony. It would make a clicking noise every 20 mins or so which made for a very disturbed sleep. If we were staying any longer we would have asked for it to be looked at, or asked for another room as we did not sleep very well.
The rooms were not very sound proof, as we could hear people walking & talking in the hallway. The people weren't being loud by any means but it sounded quite loud when we were trying to sleep.
There was no breakfast provided that we were aware of. There was nobody in reception in the morning to ask about breakfast, so without knowing the area, we had to walk over the road to a nearby hotel to have breakfast there before our flight the next morning.
There is no pool at this hotel, which didn't bother us as it was a quick overnight stay. However the beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away.
All in all I would not stay here again as there are other affordable options in the area that are just as affordable and more comfortable.
As someone else said I too waited in an empty lobby for about 15 minutes for someone to assist us with check in. The young guy was outside finishing his cigarette was friendly enough but immature.
For an overnight near the airport it was good value. I booked online a day before for 495B.
Markets and 7/11 just a 5 minute walk as is the beach.
I tried for the free the free airporter but didn't have a SIM to allow me to phone. The numerous emails I sent were answered in a generic manner
