Beware!
We stopped for two nights. They only accept cash, which is a little weird. Our room was on the second floor by the staircase, and we could hear everything through the door - it was pretty loud at times, witch people coming and going keeping us awake.
The yard and garden seem to be under construction, decorations hang on walls by tape.
I'm not sure how "chill" this house is by looking at the long list of penalty warnings in the guest folder. Seems they try to charge extra for everything.
On the other hand the guy at the reception is a little too chill. From another staff member, we reserved transportation to the airport, which we though was free, as it's said on booking.com page. Still we had to pay 200B for it. Not much, but still.
Anyways, we got to the reception early in the morning on agreed time and no one's there. Only after we called the lady we booked the transportation from, the reception guy wakes up from the terrace asking what we want, totally unaware of our checkout and the need for transportation. No good mornings, no appologies, just grunting at us.
We tried to tell him we're already supposed to be on our way, but this guy is in no hurry. He says he needs to check our room, slouches upstairs and back, and only then leads us to the car, without helping with our luggage of course. We sit in the car and he walks away again to have a piss in the yard. In the end we leave over 10 minutes late. Fortunately we weren't in terrible rush. At the airport he continues the awesome service; no goodbyes, thankyous, no help with luggage, nothing.
One of the worst customer service experinces I've ever encountered.
