We stayed here one night prior to flying back to KL. We chose it because of proximity to the airport, price & also the free shuttle. We were dropped off by bus down the road about 1.5kms away & shown to the wrong hotel. The we were told to go down a side road to another one with a similar name. Airport Resort & Phuket Resort. After we had sorted the name & location we were able to walk up the road & found it with no problems at all. It is virtually up where you enter the airport, about 600mtrs from the gate. On arrival we were given a lovely welcome, shown to our room which was changed due to renovations going on so a little noise during daylight hours which was not a problem. The room was simple but had everything we needed, including tea & coffee which was great. The bed was firm but quite ok, I did notice that the linen was nice & clean. There was also a couch in the room, everything was very spacious & clean & it appeared the bathroom had already been re-done. The rooms are around a lovely swimming pool which was nice & clean & the gardens & grounds were tidy. Next door is a 7/11 so handy for anything you may need & there are several local restaurants up & down the road.The shuttle was ready right on...We stayed here one night prior to flying back to KL.
