“Great honeymoon spot”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 16, 2013

The room interior design is outstanding. The bed is so comfy. Spacious, unique & artistic toilet. But the bath tub is uncomfortablly way too big.
Staff are friendly & helpful. But they're lack of interactive communications. Travelers shall give more detail information about special needs & conditions, if there's any. For example, if you check out very early in the morning, they'll help you pack you an amazing takeaway breky.

Room Tip: Higher floors provide better scenery and less noise of people walking & taking.

I truly could not fault this resort in any arena. In particular I would like to commend them on the excellence of the majority of their staff, their professionalism whilst being extremely friendly was a delight, thank you. A special mention to Ana, who left a imprint also on our hearts, our trip was not without challenges and yet these were just stepping stones due to her and others caring help. Ana, we have a gorgeous photo of you, which I would love to forward, if you could send us your address? A resort/hotel can have all the beauty in the world but without the staff to support this it lacks life, you have managed to encapsulate it all. We are a family of four who spent a week at the Indigo Pearl, Nai Yang, the location to us was perfect, and the simplicity of the area was exactly what we had hoped for. All of our needs were satiated eg, great seaside dinning, massages etc. We look forward to returning in the not to distant future.

We spent four nights here in Indigo Pearl. The resort set beautiful flower to celebrate our honeymoon. In the evening, the resort also send someone to bring us champagne, brwonie and fresh fruit. That made us feel warm and sweet.

Pearl Suite was big and clean. We like the two balconies. Bed and pillow were too soft. Shampoo, soap and lotion were extremely good.

The resore has three swimming pool. We like Pool No.2 the best. It was not as noisy as Pool No.1, where children can swim.

To be honest, Naiyang beach was not clean.

Room Tip: Has no special recommendation.

Indigo Pearl is set in a nature reserve - the facilities are great - good pool and really good food options both internally and at the door step.
The thing that sets the hotel apart is the wonderful staff - they cannot do enough for you - they are friendly, caring and most importantly enthusiastic.
Hotel pick up from airport was fantastic with cold towels and water provided- checkin was very comfortable as you sit on sofas and they bring everthing to you.
Food in the hotel was good - you pay more than you would in the beach restaurants - but you get what you pay for. The food in the tin mine was really well priced, delicious and service superb.
Black Ginger was a disappointment - service was excellent but perhaps we ordered the wrong food but I was not impressed by the taste - thought Tin Mine and the Beach restaurants tasted much better. Pizza in tin mine was great
The spa treatments are out of this world - I enjoy massages and have had them in lots of locations - Cocoon spa is the best.

Only downside is that we had 2 days of continous downpour - not alot to do in the hotel - so we took a cab to Central Festival - which is indoors - and has a great food court if you fancy sandwiches made to order.

My family stayed in Indigo Pearl for 6 days, enjoyed every moment there especially their breakfast, plenty of choice and excellent quality. We also loved the landscaping and calm atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will fully recommend to anyone who likes to stay somewhere close to Phuket airport.

We have just returned from the most amazing holiday at Indigo Pearl. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. So many choices. I really miss the 3 pools where we spent a lot of our time relaxing and enjoying the sun. I would really like to thank Indigo Pearl for making this holiday something to remember and hope to visit again one day soon

Having bought a scoopon for our stay at Indigo Pearl we were a little apprehensive as to what we would find when we got there. We need not have worried! Indigo Pearl was absolutely gorgeous. Our room superb and the decor in the resort was stunning. Unfortunately we were there during a stormy week so the beach wasn't so appealing but we managed to spend time by the pools in between downpours! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing and we had to show a lot of self control. We ate at a couple of the restaurants there which were lovely but extremely expensive. We ate mostly at the restaurants in the street behind the hotel which were great, particularly Ban Raa Tree. The only thing I would recommend would be to advertise tours/day trips more obviously at either reception or the concierge desk. We would definitely stay again and hopefully have better weather next time. Thanks Indigo Pearl for making our stay so great, even in the rain. Michelle & Leon Rothman
