The Sunday Brunch at the Indigo Pearl is no longer a secret tip and one is well advised to book several weeks in advance.
The food is excellent, difficult to find a larger, better choice and the wines are well chosen, too. The staff serving at the buffet are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Don't forget to go to the cheese selection. Impressive.
What a pity that the (lack of) service spoils what could have been a perfect lunch. With a fixed price menu how difficult would it be to produce a bill? When it finally arrived after about 20 minutes they even managed to get that wrong. There were lots of waitresses milling around the unfortunately badly air conditioned dining room and nobody seemed to be in charge.
Once they get this sorted out we would be back.
