Description: Sensitively restored and brimming with countryside charm, The Boot Inn offers British pub hospitality. Mixing classic recipes and modern dishes, the menu is dictated by the seasons, with daily-changing specials also on offer. The bar is amply stocked with fine wines and smooth cask ales, and chunky wood furnishings and quirky décor make for a homely, relaxed ambience in the dining room. A menu just for kids offers fun yet nutritious choice for younger diners.

I love this pub. I've been many times and the food is spectacular. There is such a relaxed feel to the place, you can't help but have a good time. It's not the cheapest of places, but you get what you pay for. Whenever my friends come and stay, they beg me to go to The Boot, so I always oblige.

We took my in-laws here on a busy saturday night 30th march. We were greeted straight away and taken to our table. The restaurant is beautiful with very comfortable seating. We ordered our drinks, which did take a good 5 minutes, but then gave us time to decide as the menu was absolutely brilliant, lots of choice with a bank holiday special menu 3 courses for £17.95. We orderd off this menu as our choices were included! Breaded brie to start was really lovely and all starters well presented, mains arrived nicely timed after starters, i had gammon which was very tasty with chunky chips to die for! Pudding was fruit crumble, enough to share to be honest, but also very good! Service was very friendly,Jamie, and very attentive. All in all a very very lovely evening. Gorgeous food and lovely atmosphere. Will definately return very soon!
