We used to eat here a lot but it while it has aways been a bit expensive the service was always ok and the food was good. The lasrt couple of times we have been there the quality of the food and service seem to have got worse

They are in a great location but really need to improve customer service and make sure of the quality of the food

Possibly the quickest way to spend money.

Visited Ed's Diner in July 2013 with my family. We ordered and literally within 60 seconds our food had arrived. Amazing.

The price was high for the quality although the burgers were ok. The milkshakes were good (peanut butter).

To be honest an average experience.

I had often peered into this restaurant and thought it made a nice change to a simple burger. Cheese fries were not what I expected, horrible plasticky sauce, the food was nice but for the price the portions are tiny. We ordered extras but we were both still a little hungry after the meal. Bigger portions needed at an American diner

Walking by Ed's at Bluewater peering through the window many times.... Finally went today for Fathers Day before a cinema visit. Obviously not McDonalds prices, but we just had main courses and left pleasantly full. My son said it was the best burger he'd ever had, and I agreed that the food was very good. The peanut butter and banana milkshakes were fab and came with the mixing jug so you could refill your glass, meaning you got 2 glasses full each, so good value. We sceptically chose a couple of songs on the table top jukebox and each time they came on within s couple of songs, adding to our enjoyment. To top it all, all the waitresses we saw were really enthusiastic and attentive, and one offered to take our photo when she saw my iPhone out.

We came away pleasantly surprised, I can see why people were queuing out the door for a table as we left!

My husband and I were in Bluewater and decided to get authentic American food for a change
I was very keen to have an ice tea and although there was none on the menu the waiter Alex offered to prepare one for me! Great!

My husband had a cheeseburger and I had an original hotdog very good. A bit expensive for our taste.
