We found ourselves in Oceanic Divecenter accidentally. We were just walking by when it started to rain, my boyfriend saw a mask set in the window and suggested entering the office. Guys who were sitting outside welcomed us in to hide from the rain. Eventually, we left with the mask and determination to come back and buy trip tickets. We did not regret that we bought snorkeling (for me) and diving (for my boyfriend) trips from them. Snorkeling cost 2995 baht, whereas diving cost 3950 baht, if I'm not mistaken.
The trip itself was very well organized; the speed boat was nice and clean, the lunch they served was good, instructors were competent and very positive. During the trip, we visited Maya Bay.
Mini-bus picked us up at 9 am and we got back at around 5 pm - so it's an all-day trip. Equipment and masks were provided on board; you shall take cameras, of course. I hurt my legs when we were getting to a ladder through which we got to Maya Bay, so if you have special shoes in which you can swim, they would be very useful.
Very nice people work there; special thanks to Rachel for arranging the trip for us (when we told that we could get sea-sick, she was kind to buy medicine for us and give some useful recommendations, so we were fine), and Sean, instructor, for giving his clear and simple explanations and making sure that everything was alright.
