WOW what a find. We absolutely love this place and can't wait to return. Sylvie and Dominic were so welcoming and helpful and made excellent recommendations of places to visit and eat.
The bedrooms were beautifully decorated, authentically french but with every modern convenience and comfort. Breakfast was delicious, again everything was just perfect, food, dining room, choice.....The garden and pool are a real bonus especially when you are lucky with the weather as we were for early in the season. Harry the jack Russell was also v entertaining! There is a kitchen that guests can use which was great if you wanted to eat in one evening and enjoy the gardens and pool. There are some great places to visit and we would recommend the tour at Mercier and the champagne tasting at no 36,a restaurant and champagne outlet nearby. Best long weekend we have ever had!!!!

Room Tip: All lovely but we had garden room which was a bit special!

One of the best B&B we have ever stayed in ! Great rooms, lovely house, attentive hosts. If ever I would run my own B&B, it would be exactly like this. We stayed 3 nights in september 2013. Just an incredible stay ! Don't forget to visit the nicest village of Hautviller and taste great affordable champagne in a wonderful setting. The heated pool, wonderful grounds, luxury rooms, extra guest kitchen..... This place has it all ! Merci aux hôtes !!! Kate et Vincent

We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful property and it wasn't long enough! The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the gardens were lovely.
Sylvie and Dominic were fantastic hosts and were extremely helpful with restaurant and Champagne house recommendations (and making reservations on our behalf as neither of us speak French); we also had the misfortune to puncture a tire on our rental on the first day of our stay, and they were very helpful speaking to the mechanic for us.
Harry, their beautiful little dog is charming.
A car is a must for this area.

I feel I must write a review, although I want this gem all too myself.
My wife and I visited in May this year and stayed for three nights. We received a warm welcome and a tour of the property.
The room was beautifully decorated and cosy. Breakfast is taken at a shared table in the gorgeous morning room of the house, which was a nice touch and we met some friendly people from all over the globe.
Our host Silvie was incredibly lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. She recommended and arranged taxis, restaurant bookings and Champagne House visits on our behalf, all of which were perfect.
Harry the dog was an added bonus, he's a great little chap, full of character.
Silvie is, rightfully, very busy. If we can ever get a booking, we will certainly be returning again and again.

What a truly lovely place! We booked the large guestroom facing the garden based on the great reviews here on Tripadvisor and weren't disappointed! We usually stay in big brand hotels but given the absence of a Westin or Hyatt here in this region, decided to dare a B&B place. Our fear with those things is mostly that the hosts get a bit to invasive (and this has happened to us before at other places) but here they get exactly the right mix between being friendly and helpful (which includes great dinner suggestions and the likes) and leaving you on your own if you want to have a quiet evening at the pool in the yard. And what a lovely pool that is, a reason alone to stay here! The property is actually an old now defunct champagne house located right next to the well known Billecart-Salmon and the old press is still left in one of the buildings. Sylvie and Dominic are excellent hosts and both speak perfect English but are also only too happy to exchange a few bits of French if you want to. They have a very naughty but irresistibly cute little dog called Harry who is fun to play with and funny to observe- just hide any meat you might have with you as he otherwise goes crazy! That one night we had a nice French pate with us- not a good idea! ;-) Breakfast is prepared by hand and includes a lovely little fruit salad and the most amazing fresh croissants every morning. We would love to come back straight away and definitely will visit again! One word of advice is that the owners unfortunately don't accept any bank or credit cards which isn't well communicated in advance so you will need to prepare for it and get stackloads of cash for your day of departure!

Room Tip: There are three smaller and one more expensive bigger room. The latter has direct access to the garden and pool area so we found it well worth the extra money.
