This is a lovely Indian restaurant. It is spotlessly clean and tidy, well organised. I have been here several times and have always eaten well. I particularly liked the Tandoori Chicken and the Biryani. The service is excellent, you don't notice the staff but they are always there when you need them, ideal in my opinion. Even on a fully packed Saturday night service the staff coped admirably well. The way the seating is arranged means you don't feel crowded. I believe this is the best Indian restaurant for miles around, we go out of our way to drive here rather than walk to the two nearest where we live. That's how good I think it is.

We often visit for the Wednesday gourmet night (starter, main, side dish and rice or naan all for about £10). The food is on the whole good, some of the main dishes aren't as good as I have had in other restaurants. The service is friendly and efficient, you are always made to feel welcome.
Well worth a trip to Eggington.

Eat here regularly. A good selection on the menu and always well cooked. Have eaten here many times and never had a problem with the service. Manager is friendly and has worked hard to integrate the Restaurant into the village. Take away service is good value with a discount. Only criticism is the price of the soft drinks. If you take young children then there is a real premium on j2os Coke etc. Beer and lage at standard premium prices.

Arrived at 13:30 seemed pleasant but what started as ok descended into farce, ended up leaving at 14:45 without having eaten!! and the owner was extremely rude when I pointed out his complete lack of service & attention because he had a christening party going on!!!! & was busy

This retaurant was converted from a pub just over a year ago. We've been here several times both as a couple or part of a group. It is ideal for groups as it caters for all tastes from the very mild to fiery dishes for the curry profesional. Food really is good. There's a small bar where you can sit and have a drink and a chat with friends before ordering.
Really friendly staff are happy to give advice on dishes if you need it. Only one other Indian Restaurant in the area comes anywhere close.
