Lovely pub, restaurant by the canal side. Atmosphere inside warm and cosy by the real log fire but can get busy as it attracts people from near and far. I enjoy just visiting for a coffee or tea and during the summer you can watch the canal boats float by. Food is great and not too expensive the staff are friendly and helpful, we went in about 8.30pm and the place was busy but we were allowed to sit at the table meant for dinning. Tea & Coffee served with a little chocolate biscuit which melts in the mouth, it is a nice little addition.
