My extended family, 9 of us from 15months to bus pass users have just returned from our 2nd visit to Villa Victoria. We don’t usually return to anywhere on holiday more than once so it speaks volumes that this place has become our family go to.
Within 10 minutes of entering the front door the boys were on the trampoline, the little one playing happily in the Wendy House and the ladies sat on the front terrace enjoying the complimentary wine left by the owner Sue. The men were dispatched in a taxi to Lidl to do the shopping for the week.
Villa Victoria has everything a family with little and big kids could want. The owner has literally thought of and provided it all. The gated pool, the newly purchased table tennis table, the smart and new garden furniture make it very hard to even leave the place. The interior of the Villa is just as impressive as the outside areas, exceptionally clean and spacious even for 9 people.
Even though we could have spent the whole time not going anywhere, we did walk, stopping at various hostalries en route, into Costa Teguise on several occasions as it is a lovely family resort with great beaches and restaurants. We had a lovely meal at Peskara one of our favourite haunts . Sue the Villa owner provides so much info on places to go, places to see and how to get there. On one day we all visited Rancho a fabulous zoo and water park. There was something to suit everyone with probably the dolphin show taking centre
There were tears when left the Villa and a decision made that when we visit again it will be for longer than a week.
Two families, in total 7 persons - thereof three teenagers had a perfect vacation at the villa in late March/beginning of April. The heated pool, the billiard table and the ping pong were a hit with the teenagers, while the sunny terrace was a hit with the adults. Only thing that could be improved is the internet connection and the wifi coverage throughout the premises. Other than that - simply outstanding.
The Villa was spotless & plenty of things to do for the children, a great pool & the Villa is set in a quiet area, and there are plenty of Tapas bars all very good. Very enjoyable holiday.
Just back from a fantastic 7 day break with the extended family at Palm Villa. A perfect home from home, very spacious, beautifully fitted out and a fantastic patio / pool area. Lovely, quiet location in a nice residential area, with only a short walk to a range of good bars and restaurants. Sue was very helpful and easy to deal with, providing lots of welcome information and answering any queries quickly. I used the home delivery service from Mercadona recommended and had our shopping delivered, The kitchen is amazing with two large fridges and a large freezer. The wine cooler came in handy. The small welcome pack including a lovely bottle of cava was much appreciated. Their was a supermarket at the end of the road and a bakery supplying our daily crossaints! The villa was very clean and well maintained with everything you could think of for a young family. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved the pool, swing, slide and trampoline but was also entertained by a huge wardrobe full of toys. The pool table was a hit in the early evenings as well as the table tennis. We ate out and would recommend Lola's, The Salundas and the Argentinian Steak house. We will be recommending this villa to family and friends and would definitely be returning next year
An excellent villa for a family holiday. We have spent seven days as grand parents, children and wife/husband and two grandsons, aged 3 and 1 years.
The villa is extremely well, laid out and equipped for this type of holiday. Every drawer and cupboard is packed with everything you need to make an easy holiday. The gardens, villa and pool are very safe for the little ones and it is clearly equipped for this family makeup. Lots of toys and children's play equipment. Two large fridges and a freezer an absolute boon.
Sue the owner was excellent from initial contact to final day of holiday with excellent communication and advice.
The location is great. A short walk to shops and bars. We only visited a bar called Las Arcos on our arrival day as they have a play park for the little ones. We also visited Lola's bar for a drink whilst awaiting the preparation of an Indian takeaway from the Marsala indian at the end of the road. Both of these were excellent. The owner/ manager of Lola's was most friendly and accomadating. The Indian was good value and of excellent standard.
However if you didn't want to the villa then you would still have a fabulous time. Both grand mother and father of the little ones did not stray past the gate.
The Sonus music system with Spotify was a great hit with all.
palm villa is perfect its so well organised and everything you need to make your holiday hassle free sue the owner has been extremely helpful all the way through from booking to information when on your holiday. we were a family of ten age range from 5 to 57yrs everyone of us had a fab time the pool was so warm the grandchildren never wanted to get out. enough restaurants around to eat out everynight our favourite was peggottys fish and chips .we hope that we may return sometime in the near future as this was a fantastic villa and we have stayed in a few but never has any been so organised as palm villa
Absolutely fabulous property.we had a weeks holiday with family ,Friends & 3 small toddlers, the property is very safe, secure & comfortable ...kitted out with everything you need..fabulous pool area & outdoor space with comfortable sun lounges & shaded areas for the children ..The area has plenty of lovely restaurants & bars within walking distance ..the only criticism we would have made is the twin room ,mattresses were not the best.but apart from that could not fault this Villa & the area..
