well ventilated rooms ,ample space, and good to see sunrise and sunset. very near from the airport and breakfast was very good, also i had dinner and quality and taste of the sea food is better than other hotel i experienced till.

Room Tip: any room u choose all are good..

From 4-6 we had a workshop at BITS, since this was suggested by the organizers, we booked it immediately. On arrival we were given a stinking room on the third floor. On our request, however, it was changed. We now had a 4 floor room with a good view. But the ordeal had not yet begun. When i picked up the phone to order some coffee, i discovered it was not working. Had to go down to the reception seeking help. The electronic locker didnt work. Again the locker man came promptly but my problem was I had not gone there to /get all the repairs done. i was wasting my time on getting things done. I was annoyed but little did i know then that there was more in store. Morning complimentary breakfast which was supposed to b a buffet, was nowhere to be seen. Only an expremely impolite man came up to us, and said we have pur-bhaji, and eggs to order what will u take. I told him i want evrything.He gave me a how-much-do-u-eat luk, and went off. half an hour passed. BITS cab arrived to take us to the venue, and there was no breakfast on the scene. this time when i complained, he said, "garam garam ban rahi hai, der toh lagegi hi." and when finally my garam poori arrived I discovered it was almost fridge cold.I called for the manager and got the reply she is available only in the evening. When I came back around 10 pm, I got the privilege of meeting the manager. She was very sweet, and said Im shocked, didnt you get any sweets and fruits?" No, my innocent child we did not. Next morning I walk in and see a buffet in place. Thank god, but what about the wasted time and the humiliating experience Madam? How do you compensate the loss of those precious hours when we could have visited some beaches, instaed we were busy getting things done. And by the way, they promise you wi-fi, but dont be taken in. It does not work at all. Queeny has only service that really works, their Gym with an enthusiastic instructor is the best one. My suggestion would still be if you have an option forget Queeny.

Very bad experience for a business hotel -

1. Lift was not working
2. WIFI / Internet was not working and staff didn't know the solution. Only answer server is down
3. Door keys got jammed multiple times.
4. Doors were creaky and jamming.
5. Room fan was set to a particular high speed.
6. Calling a cab on hire for city tour took 45+ minutes. When the cab came it was too dirty.
7. No AC in the lobby
8. Food and breakfast was definitely not up to the mark.

The same occurs when the key card is kept next to credit cards or cell phones and we should have advised you of the same. As regards the cleanliness of the cab, Unfortunately, we have no control over the maintenance of a hired vehicle. The reception team was happy to assist in hiring a cab for You. The Queeny is one of the few hotels in Goa that provides complimentary WI Fi / Internet in all guestrooms and public spaces. We do our best to provide a free of charge and high speed internet service to all our guests and the major technical error that occurred during your stay was out of our control. We assure you that your feedback will be reviewed and opportunities for improved service will be addressed.

This is decent hotel with good clean linen. Toilets are clean. Food is average. Wi-Fi is poor though but it has all the makings of a good business hotel. Its close location to the Airport and Verna Industrial Estate make it a perfect staying location for business travelers.

We a family of 4 had visited Goa for my son's admission in BITS Pilani, Goa campus. We booked at La Paz in goa and were happy to stay there. However, based on a freinds recommendation we moved to Hotel Queeny since it is closer to Bits campus.

When I checked in the morning on internet the rate was offer around Rs 3000/ after Bits discount. However, when we checked in the staff offered a higher price stating she does not have the room. On my insistance she gave me the room at revised price.

In the night when we were ready to go to bed to our shock , we found a rat hovering aggressively in the bath cubicle. We were not only shocked but surprised too !! You do not expect such hotels to provide a company of a rat in your room.

The staff at the reception, maintenance and house keeping kept smiling and did not know what to do ?

After about 30 minutes they agreed to shift us to another room ( considering they did not have rooms) . When we moved in to the new room we felt the AC was not working and informed the reception. THey said it would be effective in some time since it has just been put on.

After about 1 hour also we felt the AC was not working and they sent a mainenance person who agreed that the AC was not functioning and can not be repaired immediately.

They again took another 30 to 45 minutes to change one more room . This time instead of a double bed they offered twin bed. We had no choice but to accept at past 1 am in the night.

Breakfast in the morning was terrible specially for vegeterian. The fruit ( watermelon) was stale, bread ( only white) were offered after 15 minutes, Tea took nearly 30 minutes, porridge had to be redone,.........

We informed the reception that we would like to speak to the manager but she was not available and did not know when we can speak to her.

We had to take a return flight in the late evening and hence we informed that we would like to meet her in the evening.

When we returned at 8 pm she had left the office with no message or courtsey to communicate.

The whole staff was non courteous , diificult to manage .

We did receive a call from the manager on 3 rd day of my return to Mumbai and offered an appology!!! She does not expect us to re visit the hotel!!

The staff and the hotel is good.
The rooms are spacious and clean.
However the breakfast is very disappointing. The view from the restaurant is brilliant though!
The hotel wasn't worth the money though!
It's very close to the airport. All tourist spots are rather far away from here.

Booked for a relaxing stay with family...This hotel is clean and the suites are big along with a huge bed which is the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever stayed in...Excellent suites with terrific views.To sum up top class hotel with great rooms and service..
