Where else can you go to a zoo and be allowed to enter a cage with 5 lions, along with 4 or 5 other visitors with 3 zoo employees and pet a full size lion, or full size tiger, or feed a bear. We were picked up at our hotel & driven some 80 km from downtown Buenos Aires to Zoo Lujan. There we experienced holding a boa constrictor, possing with full size parrots, feeding carrots to elephants, riding a camel, petting 6 month old tiger cubs & lion cubs. They had a white tiger, but we could not get in with it, they also allowed you to hold the 2 month old cubs but we run out of time to do it. A once in a lifetime experience & the photos are something to treasure. The lunch you can buy is tasty & affordable, but you trade the time with the opportunity to hold cubs! Wish we had realized it!
