This is ,a little shack restaurant at Sunsetbeach majorda, Goa. The menu isn't as extensive as some others, but nor is it so busy. Set back from the beach there are sunbeds available with no minimum spend which is unusual and you are welcome to stay all dayand just have cold drinks brought to you either on the beach, at a table or on the several beds adjacent to the cafe under a canopy. Rita - the'Ri' half of the name is a friendly mum who remembers you from year to year, will keep your sunbed cover for you - yes even until you return next year. Freshly made lassi, fruit juices and grilled fish - whatever has been caught on the beach thatday, as well as chicken dishes and ( for a real treat ) tea and toast.. Rita has a firm no hawkers policy so you can sunbathe swim and relax without having to fight of the beach traders. The sun seems to set directly in front of this little bit of paradise. There is a book exchange shelf - always useful and a friendly smile from Rita, her husband and the kids.
