Great restaurant / coffee shop. Food is terrific and if you join loyalty scheme you receive coupons for free hot drinks for 2 and meal deals. A1. You have to see the size of the lemon meringue!
Can't recommend enough!

Very good cafe at this garden centre. The scones are so fresh and massive that they can easily feed two!
The hot meals are always good value although service can be slow between 5 and 6 pm on Thursday and Friday nights.
Always enjoy our visits here

Decent food, but getting way overpriced for canteen style service and for food that has been sitting in a warmer for quite a while.

The menu rarely changes, and every time I go, the only thing that suits me is 'Chicken & Brocolli bake' - Don't think the menu has changed in years. Used to be ok, but now charging restaurant prices for self-service style food!!

They seem to survive on business from people who dont really want to go into bars/restaurants, but once these people realise that you can go into Donaghadee, to The Moat restaurant, Grace Neills, Pier 36 etc etc, and eat in a relaxed atmosphere, with table service (and still order a glass of water, just like the garden centre) then the Garden centre trade will diminish - It amazes me that they are still so busy, even at lunchtime when you can go into Bo Bells in D'dee, and get much better food.

I am not completely knocking this place, but you are getting way too expensive for what you are serving.

PS: The Lemon meringue used to be awesome here, now it is bland and tasteless (the exact same in the other branch outside Bushmills).

Located out of the way can be easily missed if you do not know where it is. It is in a nice location food is nice if not spectatular although you do get plenty. Afterwards take a walk around the plants. Good place to visit if you do not have much on

Its nice food for what it is, a garden centre, good portions but not cheap, great desserts. Would not go out of my way to go there.
