We chose to stay here for a short break away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We truly couldn't have chosen anywhere better. The cottage was absolutely beautiful and the owners were extremley welcoming and friendly; they really couldn't do enough for us. Our room was on the ground floor and was bright, clean comfortable and spacious. The pictures on their website don't do it justice-it's so much better in the flesh!
Ewen is a delightful hamlet, making it the perfect location for our stay. We really got a feeling of getting away from it all. You may struggle without a car as it does feel a little remote, but that suited us just fine! We took a stroll down to the local pub on our first evening (only a 5 minute walk) and marvelled at how we could see the stars (a rare sight in any city!) About half way there we were struck by the sound of...absolutely nothing. No cars, motorway traffic, no nothing. It was simply wonderful. The location is so peaceful and beautiful...perfect for a romantic break.

Well Cottage is a gem of a B and B - a beautiful house in beautiful surroundings. The rooms (all en suite) are bright and beautiful and have a "wow factor"! They are spotlessly clean and everything that helps to make life comfortable is there. The breakfasts are delicious. Add to this the warm welcome from Brigitte and Neil, for whom nothing seems too much trouble, and it was all perfect.

A hidden Gem, within 10 mins. of Cirencester, Fabulous hosts, Brigit and Niel gave their ALL to make us comfortable in their Luxurious B & B. Our second visit.
Well appointed, comfortable rooms and facilities, superb breakfasts, need for nothing... if it was possible to get 9 Star - this would be it! The Romahomer's.

Neil and Bridget could not have been more helpful. They have a stunning place and the B&B side involves 3 bedrooms in their home, all ensuite and spotless. We stayed in the ground floor room, which had french doors out to the cute garden out the back. The bathroom is fantastic as well - very spacious and again, immaculate! We had a very peaceful sleep followed by a cheerful "good morning" and a full English breakfast as well as a great selection of cereals and toast and jams. A wonderful retreat with warm and attentive hosts. The next time we're in the Cotswolds we will definitely look them up!

We had two rooms at Well Cottage B&B. They were both impeccable - immaculate, beautifully furnished, well designed and comfortable. The hosts were fantastically friendly, welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. I cannot think of another place I have stayed in all my travels where I could not fault a single thing - thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area.
