“Very memorable”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 5, 2013

My parents, partner and I have dined here twice during the past few years and it was always a memorable evening. The food and wine are absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is cosy and the service is so kind. They really strike up a conversation, yet stay very professional. The restaurant has a warm feel to it with not too many tables. A good conversation during your dinner is definitely possible.

“Lovely winter night”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 3, 2013

The place was warm which is a great way to start a winter night. The food was good, may be not enough but that just me. Great wine selection from the Luberon region. Make sure to choose wine that are Luberon AOC and that are at least 5 years old, for the red wine.

“Top marks for food, location and service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 1, 2013

This restaurant was a fantastic find. We enjoyed an excellent 3-course meal - everything we ate was superb. Service was extremely professional, as well as being pleasant and friendly. And such a great location: sitting on the terrace opposite the restaurant was sheer joy, at the entrance to one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France"and with a delightful view over the Luberon. Thoroughly recommended.

“make an evening a holiday”

We dined with Swiss friends, and we enjoyed every minute. Food & wine were excellent, the service discrete and friendly. This restaurant is worth every penny you're spending.

“Wonderful food and service!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 17, 2012

This restaurant is a must if you are visiting the Luberon Valley. Best food we had in all of the days we spent in Provence! Chef Olivier and his wife Delphine have had their restaurant in Ansouis for 10 years. Every course was exquisite. Worth the drive whereever you are staying in Provence! Olivier trained and was a chef at the Carlon in Cannes so prepare for a culinary delightful experience!
