Brilliant indoor play park with an onsite reasonably priced cafe. My little one had a great time charging around.

They advised me that during the summer they also have outdoor activities Brilliant for the summer hols!

I take my grandaughter and my friends little boy to jungle jims regularly. They love it as do I, always clean and good value for money. I live a 25 minute drive away but it's the only soft play centre I will use.

This review is based purely on Jungle Jims outside play area. The inside soft play area is ok. Quite small and a little hot but cleaner and more adult space than fun factory.
I came to the outside play area today to enjoy the sunshine with two 7 year old girls. After 10 minutes of them running off to play I was appalled to watch a man walk straight through the reception/cafe area smoking a cigarette with 2 female companions who lit up upon sitting down next to me. I was shocked to see adults in this day and age smoking in a play area. I know it is outside but I think management would be best advised to encourage adults to smoke in the large car park outside. There were fag butts all over the floor and, horrifyingly, in the sandpit. The only ashtray available was one hanging on the door next to the restaurant door encouraging smokers to blow their smoke all over the food preparation area. When you can be asked to leave the premises for bringing your own bottle of water or sandwich I think it's disgraceful that you can smoke all over children playing and eating and their parents who are offended by the smell and health effects. This is, after all, not a pub beer garden.

We do not allow smoking inside any buildings as it is against the law, if you witnessed this occurring it should have been brought to the attention of a member of the staff team who would have responded immediately.
The ashtrays situated near the doors are a necessary item so that people can discard cigarettes before entering any building. They are not near any food preparation areas.
The outdoor area is a large expanse of ground in excess of 4 acres there is therefore plenty of room for smokers and non smokers to co exist without causing a nuisance, there are also adequate litter bins for their disposal.
The cleaning team do their absolute best to keep the play areas clean of ANY litter.
Children are always in the care of their parent or guardian whilst at Jungle Jims, it would not always be possible for adults/carers to go outside to the car park to smoke a cigarette.
We do however take your comments seriously and will look at introducing a dedicated "Smoking Area" away from the outdoor seating area.

If you go first thing - it isn't too crowded. Better for 3 year olds and upwards. Food is ok for this sort of place. Can get super crowded during weekends and bank holidays. In nice weather there is an excellent outdoor area for the 5 year olds upwards.
