The owners were most welcoming, the property was beautiful and the location was perfect for local bus route (every 20 minutes), local pubs and eating.
Would be happy to recommend this property to anyone.
A lovely break in superb holiday apartment. Very clean and well equipped rooms. Very comfortable bed and seating. Ideally situated for long walks in countryside and beach and town in Chichester. Lois is very friendly and helpful.
A well equipped and cared for apartment. Very clean and comfortable. The owners were helpful and welcoming. The location was very good for access to the RSPB site and it was easy to reach Arundel and Chichester. Great places to visit. We had a lovely short break.
My friend and I decided to take a last-minute jaunt to catch a play or two at the Chichester Theatre Festival, and were delighted to find accommodations for the very next night at the Dray House in Pagham, a short hop to Chichester and a plethora of other sites worth seeing. But if we hadn't arrived with theatre tickets and an itinerary far too long for our 4-day visit, we would have been perfectly happy just enjoying the delights of the Dray House: the spacious, beautifully appointed flat, the wonderful B&O sound system, the exquisitely designed contemporary garden just beyond the bedroom doors, etc. Not to mention the proximity of the sea, a nature reserve, the bus stop, and the Lion, the Lamb, and the Bear -- three pubs serving unexpectedly good food.
We have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect for visiting lots of local attractions and had the added attraction of a very good local pub, The Lamb, just a couple of minutes' walk away. The owner, Lois, is very welcoming and friendly. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Dray House.
If you are looking for a touch of luxury and comfort and a convenient base to explore the delights of Pagham, Littlehampton, Bosham, Arundel, Chichester and the surrounding area, then look no further than The Dray House. The accommodation is well equipped and beautifully furnished and the owners very helpful and friendly. Make sure to visit Pagham's nature reserve with its abundant birdlife and the stunning West Dean gardens (good lunch too!). Other great places for lunch: the Beach Cafe at Littlehampton and the Cloisters Cafe in Chichester Cathedral. Thank you for an excellent week's break.
The accommodation is exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. There is plenty to do and see in the area and the local bus service is pretty good in to Chichester!
Lois is very welcoming, helpful and generous too.
A lovely find!
